We had a fabulous time. The house is in a great location off of the main lake so you don’t have to deal with traffic but can easily get out into the “open water“ no problem.The game room was a real lifesaver on the day. It rained as the kids didn’t even mind that we couldn’t go out on the water.The management staff was extremely attentive to any issues we had. Check-in was super easy and checkout was also very easy.Access to grocery stores, etc. is really easy as they’re only about a 8 to 10 minute drive away.Would definitely stay here again

Perfect for our family celebration

We stayed here to celebrate my in-laws 60th wedding anniversary. It was a perfect house for spending time together over a long weekend.

Family Thanksgiving gathering. Cooking for a big family was a breeze as everything we needed was right there. Loved the open layout as that made it easy for all of us to be together.

Amazing home

We had 4 generations of our family all get together and this was the best Vrbo we ever had the pleasure of staying at! Property was gorgeous, management company anticipated our every need and was very responsive. We can’t wait to go back!!

Amazing Weekend Stay

The property was absolutely amazing, as shown online. Everything was top notch, from the rooms, the common spaces, and the theater and game room were an added bonus. Fully recommend to any and all.

Great house for large group

The house was absolutely great for our group. The house had everything we needed (and more!). We had fun in the game room, theater room, hot tub and using the kayaks. The views from the deck were fantastic!

We loved our stay! The view of the lake and fall colors were gorgeous. Great weather so we enjoyed kayaking each day and hot tub in the evenings. The dock with roller ramp for getting kayaks in made it so easy!! I loved the convenience of the hot tub and the fire pit too! Lots of wood to enjoy our 'welcome pack' (the making of smores...so good!!) The house was very well -stocked with everything we needed which added to our great experience! We will be back

Perfect spot-on Lake Norman

The best house that we have rented on Lake Norman. Perfect spot on the North part of the lake in a very quiet cove. Well stocked with kitchen for all our needs. Thank you for making this weekend absolutely wonderful

Perfect for us!

The house was better than the ad on VRBO described. It was spotless and exactly as described. We were in town for Thanksgiving and a wedding. We had plenty of room and it was very cozy.

Amazing House for Family Time

We absolutely loved staying at this house, it was beautiful and the location was perfect for us, so quiet and peaceful. There is so much room and so many fun things to do, game room, theater room, hot tub, fire place and pit and kayaks down at the dock. The house is very well stocked, there wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't there. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. Overall, just an awesome week in a beautiful house!

Overall excellent property. One of the glass shower doors did fall off when one of our family members attempted to get in the shower. Management was very kind and let us know the door would be repaired. Dock is very nice and easy to get a boat into. House was very clean, included welcome snacks/s'mores kit, etc. We had a great time and would recommend this property.

Weekend Getaway

The house was perfect, well appointed in every way! Wish we could have stayed longer. Great location on the lake quiet street / neighborhood. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen was perfect, big and had all the items you need. Game room and theatre rooms were a big hit! Beautiful views and multiple quiet spaces to just chill. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful property

We had such a wonderful time while we were at this home. The property was absolutely amazing, room for everybody. Close to grocery stores. But also seemed private. We hope to stay again at this location soon. Maybe summertime so we can enjoy the lake.The contact for the property was just a text message away. I have zero complaints.

Great property to stay at!

Our family really enjoyed our time at this house! The attention to detail on the property all around was 10/10 and exceeded our expectations. Very clean and very well done home. Everything we needed and more was there. Management was great - we needed a minor repair and they fixed it day of with great communication. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would definitely visit again! The ONLY con is the property is about 15-20 mins from closest restaurant, but this is what our family wanted, so we didn’t mind it. Great place to stay overall!

To clarify restaurant distance, there is a Publix Grocery Store, Pizza and Bar food restaurant(Joey's), Mexican restaurant, Jersey Mike's, Hardees, Dunkin Donuts and soon to be Starbucks all in the same Sherrills Ford plaza 10 minutes from this property.

Family holiday weekend

This home was the perfect meeting place for our family gathering- plenty of room for the two of us (Mom & Dad), our 5 children (ranging in age from 9-26), and 3 significant others. Beautiful location, well-appointed home, conveniently within reach of Charlotte airport. We really enjoyed family meals, lots of game playing, and super comfy theater room. We even had nearby friends join us for dinner & easily accommodated 2 more (ample seating & dishware). *Publix less than 10 minutes away.

The Perfect Stay

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks, and could have stayed for 2 weeks longer! The photos posted do not do it justice, as it is even more beautiful in person. The view from the living area is breathtaking as you enter the front door, and there is also a great view of the water from the kitchen. This house is immaculate, and has all of the amenities of home. My daughter and I spent a lot of time in the fully stocked, large kitchen baking some of our favorite desserts, while my husband enjoyed being out on the dock with our pups! We took several walks around the neighborhood while there, and were able to meet some of the neighbors. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I cannot say enough about this property. I suppose when you have a top notch property manager like Drew, that is to be expected. He checked in to make sure all was well when we arrived, and let us know that he was available if we needed anything. We had the most enjoyable time, and are looking forward to our next stay. I highly recommend this property if you are in the area!
