Lovely sunny home tucked away for your own privacy. The home has 2 bedrooms and a full bath and a half. It has a pullout couch so the house can sleep up to six people. There is an extra guest fee for more than 4 guests of $15 per guest per night for guests older than 2 years of age.

The home has a lovely fenced in backyard which provide privacy and a place for your pet. ( approved in advance ) There is a private garage on the property as well as off street parking. Interstate 94 is four blocks away for very easy for commuting. The home is closely located to downtown St. Paul Regions Hospital and many schools as well as major companies.

Great location. Fantastic backyard. There is a dog park 2 miles away. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Shopping, parks, public transportation, 20 minutes from the airport.
It's a great home away from home.

Great for a business person, student, a person visiting or a person or family in transition.

Cute House with Nice Yard

Overall, it is a great place, but there are no heat vents upstairs which means it is quite cold unless you leave the upstairs doors open so that heat can come up the stairwell. I ended up getting a small space heater to warm up the bedroom I used. I am sure it would be fine in warmer months and I noted that there is a window AC unit in the bedroom closet so summer heat wouldn't be an issue. I would stay here again as it was otherwise perfect me.

Friend vacation

Friends in town for a concert. Looking for a convient place that accepted dogs. Backyard was amazing. Convient location to everything we wanted to do!

Great place to stay with dogs

The house is lovely--clean, efficient, and well-equipped-- and the neighborhood is nice. It is very convenient to I-94. My favorite thing is the fenced backyard, perfect for my dogs. I will stay here again when I visit St. Paul.

Cute Home

We stayed here a few nights for our annual girls trip- so glad to be able to bring my two pups! They enjoyed the backyard and it was so nice to have a fenced in area. The house had everything we needed. The stairs leading up to the second level are a bit narrow, use caution. The location was very convenient as we hopped between MN and WI using I94 each day as we explored. Overall an enjoyable experience!

Cute and cozy

We stayed over a long weekend to be in town for a wedding and had a fantastic time! Everything was so close we never had to drive far. The property itself was impressively clean and my one year old loved being able to crawl around to her heart’s content. We didn’t use the back yard much but it looked so lovely. We would definitely stay again if we come back to town!

Allergy issues interrupted stay

Pros: - overall, good communication - homey vibes - seemed well prepared for guest stay Cons: - allergic reaction cause by the home - inconsistent communication after allergic reaction incident - had to find new accommodation immediately without property owner being willing to discuss a refund. Within 20 minutes of being at the property my wife had an allergic reaction to something in the home. We needed to leave immediately, get medication, and find new lodging. It became apparent that we would not be able to stay or sleep comfortably without my wife continuing to have this allergic reaction. We communicated this with the property manager. We needed to find new lodging immediately, and the property manager was not willing to give us a refund on the stay even though we spent less than 30 minutes there in total. We did pay extra for the travel insurance so we are currently looking into getting some money back in that way, but it was unfortunate that they were not willing to work with us, as we ended up paying for 2 different accommodations for this trip. Regardless, the place was cute and seemed well cared for. I do wish we could have had a better experience overall.

Adorable little house

Just came for the weekend and really enjoyed our stay. Nice fenced in yard for our puppy. Would stay here again. Hostess got back to me within minutes with any concerns.

Visit to St. Paul

We needed a property that would allow us to bring our senior dog with us, and this home provided a great space. The backyard is fully fenced in and offers a large place for pets to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to major highways.

Very cozy with a lovely backyard and all of the essentials

The property was well maintained and we really enjoyed our stay. We were visiting due to a death in my partner's family and it was a very convenient location. The privacy was just what my partner and I needed. Convenient street parking. A clean and adequately equipped kitchen and just minutes away from grocery shopping and food delivery. The host having multiple streaming services added to the comfort.

Cute little house

As others have reported, this is an older house, with all the attendant quirks: steep stairs, small bathroom, etc. But it is exactly as described and pictured, and we were happy with our stay. We really appreciate the dog friendly property and had a nice time sitting out in the backyard on nice days.

Great place if you have a dog

I loved the fenced-in backyard. My dog sniffed, roamed, and hung out. And there's a nice patio where you can have a meal. Overall it was a great place!

Quaint and Quiet

Not a lot of places allow pets, this house is a rare gem and we loved being able to have our dog stay with us instead of having to board her for the weekend. Quaint, cute and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the back yard space and the kitchen is very well stocked, which is also rare in rentals

Hockey Trip

It was a nice quiet neighborhood. It was also nice to have a fenced backyard so my service dog could play and be a dog. So often we find places where backyards aren’t completely fenced or have something in the backyard that would cause an issue. It was great. The quiet and solitude was nice as we had friends come visit us both nights we stayed and had enough room to visit with them.

Very comfy and homey

Property was exactly as described. Owner was very laid back and easy to talk to/get in contact with. My doggo stayed with us and was very comfortable in the home, as well. Would stay there again if ever in the area.

Nice Stay

we enjoyed our stay as we were having work done in our home nearby. The only thing that was disappointing was there was a hot tub listed and none on the property.
