We stayed for a baseball tournament and the location was perfect. The space was very clean and has all of the supplies you need. The bed and couch bed were comfortable. Claire was very responsive and always very polite. Everything was as advertised Just be aware, this location has plenty of steps to enter. We would/will stay here again. Thank you!

Wonderful & Relaxing Vacation Property!

We were visiting GA for a baseball tournament. We had our 3 teenage boys with us. The rental had plenty of room for all five of us. My boys loved coming back to get into the pool, after a super hot day at the ball field. Outdoor space was a great spot to gather. The house was fully equipped with all the essentials! We would definitely rebook this property.

Our host was absolutely wonderful! We unfortunately arrived late and it was raining and we could not see well to figure out how to go around the side of the property into the pool gate, so she answered us at 9:30 at night and went and opened the garage for us. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I had mentioned that we might want to use the fire pit and when we arrive there was a whole s'more making kit ready for us to use. The inside of the property was gorgeous and immaculate with all the bells and whistles. The outside by the pool did have some leaves and spider webs but it's hard to keep the outside of a property in perfect condition. The only thing we could even consider to complain about is when we rented we thought the pool was going to be heated and it was a little too cold for my kids to swim in. Granted we were visiting in the first week of August so they probably don't have the heater on because it's hot on most days and probably wouldn't need it but there have been several days of storms and rain so it probably had cooled off the pool. The neighborhood was beautiful and it was close to everything that we wanted to do in Atlanta and in the Marietta area where we were down for a baby shower. Would love to stay again.

The thermostat is located outside, and had I known, I would have gladly provided instructions on how to turn it higher for your stay. Enjoyable

Property is a mother in law suite, which I did not realize, however we did feel like we had the entire place to ourselves. The kids loved the pool. We had a few minor issues and a Claire was quick to respond. I know it’s a newer rental, but it needed a few more items in the kitchen: storage containers, oven mits, a few more kitchen utensils, strainer, larger bowls, would have been helpful. Overall, we would come back.

We stayed here to be close to East Cobb for baseball. Beautiful apartment but it is a MOTHER IN LAW suite attached to the house. We did not have an issue with it, the owners were extremely quiet and so helpful. Full kitchen and washer/dryer which is so useful. The only thing that would be an issue there are a lot of steps if you would have a problem for that. I considered it my daily leg workout for the day. Beautiful apt, everything you would need (coffee pot, pans, air fryer, crock pot, spices, very comfortable bed).

First and foremost, the owner was absolutely outstanding to work with. Very responsive to any question /need and ever so kind. Fresh flowers welcomed us into our space. This is a Mother in-law suite. Quite large, kitchen and great room combo. Very large sectional. Seating for 6 in the kitchen. The bedroom en-suite does not have doors but offers drawn curtains. The home was so quiet, just lovely and what we needed. Kitchen was stocked with necessary utensils and small appliances. My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks supporting family members in much need. Our days were quite long so we did not get to enjoy the pool and patio as we had hoped.A couple of call outs: There are 16 stairs to traverse. Not a deal stopper, just awareness.Second call out, the shower head is located overhead in the jetted tub. It's a bit awkward getting in and out on to the steps of the tub . Overall, very good stay. Comfortable, clean & quiet. Central to so many restaurant's and shopping!! We would book again. Thank you again for a peaceful & lovely stay.
