Communication with host was great— professional guides for the check in and out process were sent a few days beforehand and all guidelines were clear. Check in and out were both smooth and flexible to accommodate an unpredictable timeframe with no need to meet in-person. Clean suite with all dishes and towels/toiletries you may need! Neat and convenient location. Would stay here again the next time I visit Cleveland!

We picked this condominium based on its closeness to the Cleveland Clinic. Our adult daughter was having a procedure done. The condominium was extremely clean. Our host was amazing on communication. Often responding instantly to any question we had. The free parking deck located on the facility was a huge plus. The Fairfax market located on the ground level was amazing. I’d recommend this condominium to anyone staying for the Cleveland Clinic, or just visiting Cleveland period.

Thank you so much, the only thing i had trouble with was the check in and out, I am recovering from a broken back and taking the garbage to the other side of the building was just a bit painful, also the whole thing with going from one side of the building, and then going up to get the parking pass, then back down to my truck to park in the garage, that was a lot of walking and a bit confusing, with that said though, i would stay with you again, I am just older and a little bit challenged in all of the running around to check in.
