This space is a 1940's addition to an iconic neighborhood century home. It has been restored and modernized while maintaining the architectural charm. We are a pet friendly property.

Cool funky apartment

We loved where this unit was located. It is very close to downtown, Close neighborhood restaurants and The Christmas Story house is a half a mile away!!! I wish we booked 1 more night. Cleveland is a neat city.

Wedding weekend in Tremont

We had a lovely weekend at this property. We came into town for a wedding in the neighborhood. The property owner greeted us when we arrived. She then checked in on us via the messenger app during our stay and even offered ideas for sightseeing on our free day. The property was adorable - clean and well equipped with everything that we needed! We would definitely stay here again!

Cutest Find!

In the VRBO grab bag, this was the cutest little find!! While small, the place is packed with amenities, is beautifully decorated and appointed, and it is an amazing neighborhood (Tremont)! Highly, highly recommend this location!

Friendly and responsive host and very clean accommodations with added extras. Fun decor, ample lighting and a wonderful seating area outside. Neighborhood has lots of restaurants and attractions. A winning combination.

Perfect little stay

The property was perfect for us; just me, my husband, and dog for one night. It was the perfect size with great little details. It was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The host was very nice and communicative. We had a great time and it was so nice to come back to this space after a night out.

Fremont Historical District

Cute, clean, close to everything 2BR suite, host very reachable and friendly. Will stay there again on return visits to Cleveland Clinic.

Great Girls Weekend

Had a great experience. Property owner was easy to connect with, place was just as described, Within walking distance to great restaurants. And a short drive into the city. Perfect location for any of Cleveland downtown events. Or just relaxing.

Awesome!!

Would highly recommend this property…it is so comfortable, close to lots of great restaurants and progressive stadium. It is in a quaint neighborhood and has a gorgeous garden in the back…would definitely stay again…my daughter and I loved it..we had our own space.

Perfect! Need to come back~

Booked last minute due to appt at Cleveland Clinic. The extra touches- meeting us at check in time to show us where to park, list of restaurants/shops/coffee bars/high quality toiletries and even ice cream in freezer made this girl feel pampered when it was really needed. It is such a cute/historic suite. And the neighborhood full of history, charm and great places to eat, drink and shop. Already talking about going back~

We had a delightful time with Tammy and Frank! Although we were there for an extended stay, the location was fabulous for dining and visiting our son! We'll be back soon!

The perfect stay!

My husband, toddler, and I stayed here while on vacation for a few days and I think we chose the perfect place! This property is in such a great location; tons of kid and adult friendly restaurants within walking distance, Lincoln Park was super close (less than 5 min walk) with a fun playground for our kiddo, and everywhere we went (zoo, aquarium, arboretum, children’s museum) all were within a 15-20 min drive from the property. The home itself was very clean and bright and the hosts were so kind to provide a pack-n-play for our toddler to sleep in (one less thing to travel with!) the check in and check out process was so easy and hassle free, unlike many other properties that give you a laundry list of tasks to complete before you can leave. If we are ever back in Cleveland, I would definitely stay here again!

Great neighborhood!

Stayed at this property for 4 nights. Visited Pro Football Hall of Fame, Guardians games & Rock and Roll HOF. Very convenient with many restaurants, bars within a very short & safe walk.

What a gem

Very comfortable, immaculate apartment with lots of amenities that had everything we needed and more. Located in a fantastic, walkable neighborhood. Having the off-street parking was a real plus too. Hosts were incredibly kind, responsive and attentive. I hope to have a reason to return to Cleveland to stay here again!

Peaceful, beautifully decorated, amazing communication

Incredile location, immaculately clean, and some of the best hosts one could find, all together it makes the best comboniation for this little hideaway spot in Tremont, a true gem for those needing a central spot to rest in between visits to the sights of Cleveland. Highly recommend and look forward to the next visit!

Tremont Guesthouse is a century home in the Tremont neighborhood of Cleveland. Originally built in 1910, additions were made in 1927 and the mid 1940s. Our suites reflect the history of the neighborhood and the classic architecture of the original build.

The storefront property has been a butcher and grocer, as well as an art gallery over the last 100+ years. We have restored and updated guest areas for modern comfort while retaining the charm and iconic nature of this neighborhood property.
