BEDROOMS

This home features 5 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each with its own workspace including a desk and chair—perfect for remote work, study, or planning your next adventure. With a total of 5 beds, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

Bedroom 1: The spacious primary King bedroom is a true sanctuary, featuring an en-suite bathroom and a full desk-and-chair setup.
Bedroom 2: A cozy retreat with a Double bed, soft lighting, and a minimalist aesthetic. Includes a dedicated desk and chair, great for quiet mornings
Bedroom 3: Featuring a plush Queen bed and inviting decor, this room offers comfort and calm. The included workspace adds convenience for those mixing business with leisure.
Bedroom 4 – A peaceful space with an XL Single bed and a clean, simple design.
Bedroom 5 – A cozy retreat with a Double bed, soft lighting, and a minimalist aesthetic.

BATHROOMS
The home includes 2.5 clean and fully stocked bathrooms. Each features bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels. You'll find 1 walk-in shower and 1 shower/tub combo, both stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to keep your group refreshed and comfortable.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Cook up anything from a quick breakfast to a family feast in the fully equipped kitchen. With beautiful countertops, modern appliances, and all the cookware you might need, it’s ready for every culinary moment.

The home offers two separate dining and living areas, perfect for larger groups who want space to spread out. One living room includes a large smart TV, while the second offers a quiet space for reading, conversation, or board games.

The two dining spaces provide flexibility for meals, games, or even working sessions.

You will have access to the entire Main floor and 2nd floor. There are 5 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. We do have Long term renters on the 3rd floor but they do not have access to the main house and will not bother you at all during your stay.
Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

We are only a phone call or text message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Located in the historic Cheesman Park neighborhood, 1345 Franklin St offers a charming and well-maintained environment. Just half a block from the expansive 80-acre Cheesman Park, residents can enjoy scenic walks and outdoor activities. •This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation. 
• This home does not have central AC. There are two window units provided for your comfort
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.

✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
