REFUNDS
- Refunds are governed by our cancellation policy. Any refund issued will be reduced by a credit card processing fee of up to 4%, which is non-refundable.

- Accessibility: Please note the property requires stairs to access the second floor, which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.
- Supplies: Due to local health department regulations, consumable items (such as food) are not provided.
- Firewood: Firewood for the fire pit is not provided but can be purchased at local stores. (such as the shell station)
- Security: For your safety, exterior security cameras are in use on the property and monitor outdoor areas.
- Booking: A photo ID is required upon booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
- Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip.
- Cancellations: Cancellations eligible for a refund are subject to a 4% credit card/transaction processing fee.
