This modern & elegant 200m² villa is nestled at the foot of Saint Paul de Vence. On 2 levels it will comfortably accommodate 8 people. Equipped with all amenties for your stay: Swimming pool, gas BBQ, lawn and deckchairs, reversible air conditioning, Starlink Wifi, 2 master suites & 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, elegant kitchen and living room, office, parking for 4 vehicles, etc. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, 10 minutes from the village & the highway and 15 minutes from Grand Large beach.
The exteriors of approximately 1000m² include:
. Large flat plot of land all around the House, partially grassed (pool side)
. An unheated swimming pool 9m long by 3m wide with a depth difference varying from 1m20 to 1m40, the water is treated with chlorine
. The pool area is equipped with parasols and four deckchairs with their side tables.
. A pétanque court on the north side of the house
. A main shaded terrace with canopy, equipped with a dining area for 8 people, exterior lights and pool view
. A large gas BBQ equipped with its accessories on the south side of the house

On the second level (1st floor) you will find:
. A second air-conditioned master suite composed of a 160cm double bed, lamps and bedside tables, a TV and a TV unit, a large dressing room and a double-glazed window with a view of the driveway and the garden
. This suite has access to a bathroom which is equipped with a double sink, an Italian shower, a towel dryer, hairdryer and WC

. BABY/CHILD EQUIPMENT: if you are traveling with children, have a stroller or a car seat delivered directly to the apartment, the airport or the SNCF station, thanks to our partner Baby On A Trip, to be booked at least 48 hours in advance. (Online booking directly on their website)
. The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure, otherwise you will accept that an additional €30 be deducted from your deposit
. Please take out your bins before your final departure from the accommodation.
. The accommodation is non-smoking, any transgression of this rule will be charged 150€ to cover the costs of cleaning and deodorization.
. A kit of sheets and bath towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one kit per bed and per stay. If you then want an additional kit or a renewal please notify us 24 hours before, the additional kit will be charged from 25€
. We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags). The products at your disposal are welcome products, they are there to allow you to arrive in complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. It will depend on your personal consumption.
. Two sets of keys will be provided
. The cleaning costs correspond to the cleaning of the accommodation after your departure at the end of your stay, if you want additional cleaning, please contact us in advance, we will charge this extra cleaning.
. In case of emergency or problem requiring our intervention we will be able to intervene in the accommodation by appointment between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
. The use of the villa is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned on the reservation, any foreign presence will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation or the invoicing of additional travelers at the rate of 99€ per traveler
. Unjustified trips because travelers do not follow the instructions of the hosts or because they do not know how to use the functional equipment provided will be charged 49€
