Welcome to your serene lakeside retreat, where unforgettable moments come to life. This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home features a private dock (with parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles), is perfect for endless waterfront adventures, and cozy fire pits on both decks, for those magical Missouri nights under the stars. The decks offer breathtaking lake views, ideal for family gatherings, leisurely afternoons, and summer barbecues. Whether you're casting a line from the dock, sharing stories by the fire, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings, this home is crafted for creating cherished memories with loved ones.
The Space:
Lakefront Home - Parking for 2 vehicles ONLY-Private Dock - Bedroom 1: 1 Queen - Bedroom 2: Twin/Full plus Twin Trundle - Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with the needed utensils and appliances for any meal. Appliances include a microwave, electric stove, oven, fridge, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Indoor Living: Sofa Bed-Roku TV, Smart TV, Cable, access to popular streaming apps. Ceiling fans, comfortable seating. Outdoor Living: Lakefront deck with seating - Propane Flat Top and Grill Dock: Private Dock-For swimming, lounging and fishing (not for boat use) Parking: Parking for 2 cars on site (parked horizontally) General: Free WiFi (high-speed internet), washer and dryer, central A/C and heat, towels and linens, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, iron and board, trash bags, and paper towels. *Minimum booking age, 25 *No smoking of any kind *No Pets Allowed *No persons over the 8 occupancy max allowed on the property *Guest Must Agree to and Sign Rental Agreement

Easy access to Hwy 54. There are areas of gravel road leading to home which are fine for cars but may not be ideal for motorcycles. Parking is for MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles
