Lake of the Ozarks cute lake front home with a main channel view, Bagnell Dam area mile marker 1. 3 bedroom 2 bath, sleeps 8-9 comfortably. Master bedroom features a queen bed with access to the deck for late evening leisure or enjoy your morning coffee enjoying the serene peacefulness of the lake. 2nd bedroom also features a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has a set of bunk beds with the lower bunk being a full size and top bunk is a twin. There is also a daybed for extra sleeping just off the living area. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs with a small dining area right off the kitchen. Large lake front deck featuring a gas grill and deck table and chairs to enjoy your meals right over the lake. Enjoy your beverages and good conversations as you look out at the lake on the lower deck of this house, has plenty of seating for your enjoyment to relax. Just a few steps from the house you can enjoy your own private covered boat/swim dock however there is NOT a boat slip, guests can feel free to tie their boat up on the side of the dock. Bagnell Dam area is within walking distance to enjoy restaurants/bars, souvenir shops as you enjoy the original part of the lake area. Osage Beach area offers go carts, putt putt golf, shopping, big box stores and is just 5 minutes away following business 54. Parking for 2 vehicles and possibly a smaller vehicle. No trailers! Upon approval from 6 Star Management 1 dog or possibly 2 small dogs will be allowed to stay. A one-time $125 pet fee will apply. Please communicate if you would like to bring your dog, we will need breed, age, and if the pet is housebroke information. Owner's rules are no pets on furniture or beds and kennel if alone in the home. Thank you.

Long weekend getaway

We really enjoyed this property! Everything was as stated in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The multiple outdoor areas were so nice to sit and enjoy the lake. It was too cold to get in the water, but the dock would work great for that purpose with a nice ladder that could be used to get into and out of the water. This location is close to the Bagnell Dam area as well.

Great Location at the Ozarks

Beautiful home at the Ozarks for a weekend stay. Very close to plenty of restaurant and bars to enjoy. Would highly recommend to any families or groups.

Spring golf trip

Property worked out perfect for us. 10 minutes from several nice golf courses and restaurants. We liked the off season feel of lake Ozark. I'm not sure I'd like primetime summer.... probably way too busy for us! But if that's what you like....

Perfect place

Lakeside Retreat

This property was very clean with plenty of room for 2 couples. We enjoyed the deck with provided grill and the dock was very spacious. The house is located in a very quiet area with only a short drive to shopping/bars. There were no surprises or problems. Donna, the property manager, was quick to answer questions. I definitely recommend for those who enjoy waterside relaxation!

AC went out from a storm that happened days prior to our stay.

The property was nice. The management/ owner could have been more generous than the $150 refund we had to argue with them to get back. The AC was out the entire stay and did not work at all. At 10PM the house was 87 degrees. They did offer to move us but we were already unpacked and we had paid for a home with a dock- the condo would not have been equivalent or what we needed. She was offended when I told her the home was not very clean. I also thought it was a little strange that they wanted all of the dishes put away including the ones in the dishwasher. I honestly feel like had I not had to ask a number of times for a refund I would have not been as unhappy with the situation.

Cute and cozy quiet spot

Had a wonderful time. The house has a great dock where kids can jump off from and swim. Nice clean grill too. Very quiet location with not a lot of thru traffic, so if your goal is to be in a busy area with lots of boat-watching, you might want a different area. The views are great from the house, the water is calm due to low water traffic, but the little road to get you down to the house and back up is somewhat riddled with potholes and is very steep. Location is 0.5 mile (pretty physical!) walk to the little downtown area where there is food, candy, and entertainment. The house itself is a little outdated and appears that the wooden flooring is settling so sits at a slight slope, so the door to the master bedroom never closed entirely, which was annoying because my husband had to take a few early morning calls from the dining table which was right out front of the master BR. The floors are also very squeaky and noisy, so sleeping in was tough especially with 2 younger kids who get up early and want to run around. But overall we had a great stay and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay close to mile marker 1 and Bagnell Dam!

Location !

Location was amazing but no extra nothing !The smell as you walk in is not inviting smells like mildew!!The air conditioning sometimes works thank god it was not too hot.

Lake Trip

The property was very clean and amazing great location for what we had planned! The property had everything you could ask for plenty of towels and kitchen utensils and also lots of seating outside on the several decks that were offered ! The dock was great for swimming and I’m sure great fishing also but we didn’t go to fish ! Overall we would definitely recommend going we are already planning for next year !!!

Excellent accommodations

Property was easy to find and the property was well maintained and very comfortable.I will book this again since I went off season so the weather didn’t cooperate and rained. Beautiful property with plenty of outdoor space and well maintained dock for fishing or swimming.

Relaxing, Clean Property

My girlfriend and I stayed here with our dog for 4 days and had a great experience. Property was clean, the host was extremely helpful and responsive, and the neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing lake house!

Not truly pet friendly.

The property was on the water and within walking distance to the Bagnell dam strip which was nice however the property management company was extremely nit picky. We have been renting from vacation rental sites for 10+ years and I have never had any trouble. This listing states it’s pet friendly so we booked it only to then be notified there was an additional non refundable pet fee on top of the original listing fees that were charged at booking. This has been included in the description now only because I brought it to their attention that not disclosing the extra fees prior to booking seemed unfair. Then on top of that you are also required to purchase additional damage protection for an additional fee that’s not included in the quoted price during booking. The contract they have you sign is very detailed and the fines they have listed for breaking any of the many rules are unreasonably high. A $500 dollar a day fine for breaking one of the many rules. After leaving the property in the exact conditions (if not better) we found it with the exception of washing the linens. I was notified that they wanted to change an additional cleaning fee for pet hair on one of the bed linens. Not worth the headache. Not to mention there is hardly any parking and no yard front or back. We won’t be back and don’t recommend this property for the above reasons…. Had the management company been more reasonable it wasn’t a bad little spot.

Excellent location to the Dam for shopping and eating/drinking. Great dock for swimming.

Clean, updated, stocked with plenty of kitchen items.
