Located on the 3rd floor of Phoenix VII, this charming 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium sleeps eight along the Gulf’s turquoise water.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Very good

Very convenient to restaurants, and necessities. The family had a great time on vacation, love the place!

Check in was horrible. Never received any notifications from management company and had to call phoenix (who had our information wrong) to find out our unit number and if the unit was even ready. Kept calling my husband “Chuck” even though he repeatedly spelled his name as Justin. Lady at check-in desk was incredibly rude. Master toilet was not working properly; never heard back from anyone. Unit was dated but ok. Had to check out early due to weather; which was completely understandable. Never heard from Brett/Robinson about any of it. Was notified by signs in elevator. Would not rent from this management company again which is sad since we are there 2-3 times a year.

Great place!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! Beautiful views of the beach, we were able to see and watch dolphins from balcony every morning! Beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked with all utensils and appliances we needed. Only negative I could possibly think of was the noise/music at night at the pool. I would bring a fan or noise machine or something, we had one and that helped. If we didn’t it may have been hard to fall asleep.
