Stay with us in our PASS RETREAT Condo 7216~ 300 feet to Gulf

This pleasing 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with 1064 square feet offers a pleasing color palette throughout..
The living area offers calming neutrals with accent colors of blue and is nicely appointed with a sofa, recliner and two arm chairs, as well as a coffee table, end tables and of course...a flat screen TV/ DVD player for your entertainment. Step out onto the balcony to take in those gorgeous views of THE PASS and relax at the table with four chairs & a lounge chair!! The master bedroom hosts a king bed and is pretty in blues and neutrals with sliding doors to the balcony. There is also a flat screen TV on wall. The master bath offers a walk-in shower with a 19 inch height toilet and a vanity counter outside the bath.
The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs and offers granite countertops complimented by white cabinets. There is a flat top stove in the kitchen with stainless steel dishwasher & refrigerator, as well as a bar with 2 bar chairs.
In the second bedroom is a queen bed with pillow top memory mattress & a full bed with a pillow top mattress, surrounded by blues and creams. There is a nightstand, a dresser and a smart flat screen television. The second bath has a tub/shower combo and white cabinets and countertops.
AMENITIES include outdoor pool, kiddie pool, inside heated pool, sauna, hot tubs, inside racquetball courts, fitness room, half-court basketball court, barbeque grills, pickle ball, volleyball, lighted tennis court, gazebos, free Wi/Fi hotspot, free wireless connection for guests in all lobbies & condos.

*Minimum age for rental is 25. Renters must be 25 years old to enter into a rental agreement. The person signing the agreement must stay in the unit and is responsible for all persons staying in the unit during the rental period. Rental agreement will be mailed to you after you book. You must sign & mail back to owner for reservation to be valid.

Cleaning fee of $150 & lodging tax of 16% added to total.
Parking passes are purchased online for $55.00 each with a maximum of 2 passes.

Condo was very clean. Owners had beach gear for our use so we didn’t have to pack any Second floor location right next to the stairs was great for us.

The condo was clean and well taken care. The second floor location allowed for easy access to stairs to avoid waiting for the elevator. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and it was very organized. We had a great stay and would stay again.

Good location, property was clean and comfortable. It had all that we needed. Hosts had excellent communication. It was kind of a bummer that the property was redoing the parking lot the week that we were there, normally parking would be extremely convenient, almost right outside the condo.Would definitely recommend this property!!

We are blessed to have a individual who sees to it all & not a company. I was praying hard that the parking deck would be finished before you checked in as this is the reason we bought this rental as all you had to do was park, walk up 18 steps & you were in the condo. We hope besides the parking deck repaving that you had a relaxing stay. This means so much to us for our renter friends to relax, smell the salt air & stick those toes into the white sand. We really enjoyed our stay and had zero complaints about our room. Was very clean, beds were comfortable, and we were happy to see they had lots of kitchen items as well to accommodate our stay. Will definitely be booking here again!

Wonderful Condo

I could go on and on about this condo, I've stayed at alot of condos and this has been my favorite thus far. It was beyond beautifully decorated and extremely clean.. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great stay on Orange Beach!

From the moment I booked this property with Pete and Joan they were great and accommodating from the start. The location of Phoenix VII is perfect for what we needed, all the staff members were friendly and overall clean facility. The condo itself is packed with everything you can need and more. I have already recommended Pete and Joan’s place to family and friends, I would stay here again and again!

Beautiful Vacation Condo

We absolutely loved staying in your beautiful condo!! It’s so clean and decorated so beautifully. We found everything we needed, plus we felt safe there. It’s conveniently located to great restaurants and the view from the balcony is lovely. We will definitely be returning!!

Great Condo

Hosts were especially helpful with any questions I had. They were so flexible with check-in and check-out times. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was a nice location close to restaurants and shopping. We were very happy with our stay.

Paradise

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and was the cleanest condo I’ve stayed in.

Perfection!

This condo was the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The location was great! The communication with the host was good. Perfect vacation!!!

Perfect!

This is our place! We’ve already booked it for three dates next year. It’s perfect for us, and the owners are absolutely fabulous.

I am a RoLL TiDe RoLL gal & my husband is a War Eagle guy!! I guess you could say we are a divided family when it comes to our favorite Alabama teams!! We both have loved the beach since babies & lived for the summers to be there every year. We both love our fur babies & I love all of my kid friends!!! Their nickname for me is Coo Coo😁😎 I enjoy meeting all of my renter friends kids & grandkids when I am able to be at the beach. We purchased our first condo at Island Sunrise in 2011 in Gulf Shores. Our second condo was purchased in 2013 in the same complex as our first condo. We wanted to give our renter friends a choice of Gulf Shores or Orange Beach so we purchased Phoenix VII in 2019. This complex has the amenities of a 5 star complex. I love this complex so much because of the view of The Pass & the quietness of the condo at the end. This condo feels more like your home with the high ceilings & ceiling to floor glass doors.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Phoenix VII feels more like home instead of a condo. The rooms are larger & open. The amenities outweigh a smaller complex with only a outdoor pool. This complex is much quieter than my other smaller 60 unit complex in Gulf Shores. It is not as congested in Orange Beach as it is in Gulf Shores & you are within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping & to The Pass.

We have an Olympic size outdoor pool with falls, kid pool, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, exercise room, saunas, lighted tennis courts, outdoor basketball court, pickle ball court, indoor racquetball courts, beautiful lobby with book library with complimentary coffee overlooking the pool & beach.
