The house huge with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The livingroom/dining/kitchen was large enough for everyone with great views! The private pool was larger than I thought would be and very short walk to the beach and the Gulf!! My family and I had a great week and would love to rent it again!!

This house is huge. You definitely have enough room to bring your entire family. The swimming pool was the kid’s favorite part because it was huge and the water was cold. I’ve never stayed at a Florida VRBO with such a huge pool and a pool that doesn’t feel like bath water. The host responds quickly to any questions you may have. Port St Joe is a wonderful vacation destination and we plan to come back next year.

Our host promptly communicated with us whenever we had questions. Would highly recommend this rental. It’s a beautiful place to stay with all the amenities plus more.

Loved the location and beach. House had plenty of room and everything needed for our 7 day stay, which was fantastic. House just lacked a little maintenance. (elevator didn't work, burners on left side of stove didn't work and pool area had weeds growing in the pavers) Every one still had a great time and we loved all the games/puzzles they supplied. The little picky things aside, we would book this place again in a heart beat. Don't let it stop you from renting this place, you'll love it as much as we did!

Amazing stay!

The house had so much provided that it was a relief travelling there. The toiletries and dishes were provided as well as the beach towels and towels for the house. This house was amazing

Perfect spot on the Forgotten Coast

Spring Break ‘23 in early April, perfect weather. Plenty of space and rooms for 2-3 families, pool (unheated), hot tub, beach front, excellent bars/restaurants nearby. Pleasantly surprised with local, non-touristy vibe!

The house was a dream and fit our family perfect. The view was amazing and directly on the beach. The beach was wide and secluded and gave our little ones plenty space to run and play. We did seafood takeout which was pretty convenient. Lynn was great to communicate with and took care of all of our needs very timely. 10/10.

Dream Beach House

From the moment we stepped into the elevator and arrived to the 1st floor living area everything was perfect! The view took our breath away as we looked out the ceiling to floor windows and saw the beautiful beach and ocean!The chefs kitchen had everything we could need to prepare our meals. The bedroom offered comfortable sleeping bedding! We will absolutely return soon!

Lovely house

We loved Good Day Sunshine! House was nicely stocked but bring your own beach chairs. Beds were comfy and lots of room. Location is perfect to all the things. Be mindful if you have a low car, we got rain the first week and the giant puddle lasted the entire month at the end of the drive way. We hope to be back next year, it was our best house we have stayed at.

Could not use the pool much as it is in shade most of the day and it was too chilly to enjoy using it as much as we had hoped. The location is beautiful but the black flies on the beach in the daytime were a drawback. The house is very nice and accommodated us well. Gorgeous views from all the decks and windows.

Tday cousin week

This property worked great for our every two year cousin family beach Thanksgiving gathering. The location was perfectly set with spectacular beach access and stunning sunset views. The house accommodated our five families (18 people) with a few beds to spare. The pool and hot tub were a big hit.Only suggestion would be to have another refrigerator and a few more living area chairs.

Great Getaway

The beach house was great, and it was made exceptional with a great host who was responsive to our questions on arrival. We were able to quickly make this a home away from home, and we didn't need to leave to find something to do with the pool, hot tub, and beach at the doorstep. Arrival and departure was made simple with the elevator. The kitchen and dining area was ample for our group of 11. We look forward to returning in the future!

Outstanding property, right on the beach! The four en-suite king bedrooms and two bunk rooms were perfect for a whole family getaway. There was plenty of room on the open main floor for all 14 of us to gather. Loved all the outdoor seating options on the deck overlooking the beach, as well as around the pool - which, of course, was a huge hit with the kids. Loved the proximity to the sand and the relatively few stairs needed to get over the dunes. The area is quiet and the beach almost felt private with all the space we had. Would absolutely stay at this property again. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet spot for a multi-family gathering, and are ok with an area that doesn’t have a ton of “touristy” attractions nearby.

Location location location

This was our first ‘on the beach’rental and it did not disappoint. No house is perfect but the set up on the very quiet beach was amazing. Lynn was very responsive when I contacted her and our local contact “guy” was so nice! He helped with the pool/spa and asked if we needed anything. The ability to walk just a few steps to the beach was exactly what I was looking for! Coffee every morning on the decks was so relaxing. We loved Port St. Joe…good memories made…I think we will come back!

Spectacular beach house

This beach house was Amazing for my family of 15. Very cleaned, spacious and comfortable for all ages. House is right on the beach, which is a plus when traveling w/children. Pool/Jacuzzi were added plus when adults/children want a break from beach. Plenty of privacy and wonderful views from all decks. Layout is great for big families. Gourmet kitchen was well stocked, making it easy when cooking lunch/dinners. Elevator came in handy when hauling bags, suitcases up 3 floors. We had a very enjoyable stay and will keep it in mind for next vacation.

Perfect Family Beach House

We had the perfect place for one of the hottest weeks in FL. Our family ( ages 20 months to 73 yrs) enjoyed the weather by hanging out between the large pool (plenty big enough for all 15 of us) and the beach, and then cooling off in the air conditioning and playing games. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, and having 4 ocean front king-suites and 2 large bunkbed rooms fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed and the elevator came in handy when moving in and out.The bathrooms are all very nice, even though there aren't any photos on VRBO. There's always a few hiccups when you arrive, but mgt took care of it. This is probably my favorite house we've stayed in. Hope to return someday.

The house was perfect other than subpar cleanliness, most notably in the bathrooms. Beach towels were provided which was an added bonus, plenty of dishes for a large crew. The beaches were next to empty our entire stay. The pool and hot tub had safety features which is great for small kiddos. The only negatives were the lack of outside lighting for packing and unpacking in the dark and all of the stairs with luggage (we did not utilize the elevators mostly due to failure to work them on our part).

Peace and Tranquility

Our stay at this beautiful home was amazing. The house is perfect for large families. Everyone has plenty of room and everyone was comfortable. We loved the large table and being able to eat together in one space. The balconies were perfect for my elderly parents so they could watch the grandchildren and great grandchildren play at the beach. The pool was perfect and plenty big for everyone to play around in without bumping in to each other. The hot tub was perfect for the adults at night. We could sit in it and listen to the ocean. We loved that the beach was not crowded and we basically had it to ourselves. Everyone commented that this was the most peaceful and relaxing vacation that we had ever had. We definitely will rent this house again! It was a perfect vacation!!!
