The property was in a great location and close to everything. Amazing views. The unit was okay; older, cheap and damaged furniture. Windows should have been cleaned to show the incredible views.

This was an awesome place!! The view perfect! We saw amazing sunrises and ocean views from the balcony and bedroom windows. The third floor door by the parking garage we weren’t sure how to get in when we arrived but we used the same one as for getting into the parking garage and it worked. Very smooth check in, the host was very friendly, competent, and communicated all the details. The rooms were nice and clean, tho the floors could have been cleaner. The kitchen was really thoughtfully and well stocked, with all the utensils we needed and more. We loved our short stay immensely! Would definitely recommend!

The location on the quieter end of the beach is amazing and the view from the deck is gorgeous. Our host responded instantly to questions and check in was straight forward. The unit was not very clean. The kitchen was a jumble of items that made cooking/serving meals difficult. The fridge and counters were sticky and gross. If you plan to beach all day and eat every meal out, this could be a perfect pied de terre. But it is not so great if you want to spend time in. Also - despite the signs progibiting smoking/vaping, there was a lot of marijuana smoking in/around this building.

Perfect Place on the beach

Loved everything about this place, the veiw was amazing, checking in and out was great. Only thing we Didnt love that you have to purchase linens for an additional 100 dollars....

Cute condo

Nice ocean front balcony. Our daughter loved the indoor pool. The condo and the pool area could use some updates/ improvements. But we still liked the place very much.

New View

Nice place to stay on the boardwalk. Great front desk host. Entrance was hard to find. In all the place we stayed was nice. Great view of the ocean. Parking garage was ok but small. Pool was enclosed and looked dirty. Very old looking. We didn’t get in the pool butdid visit it.

We enjoyed our stay. The property, the view and location were nice. The only negative was the Mongols motorcycle club convention that was going on in the area. Having bikers standing guard on every corner, with the restaurants full of Mongols carrying large knifes, was uncomfortable on vacation with kids. I assume that this was just bad timing and would normally not be an issue. There were no issues though, just a comfort thing.

I’m really glad to hear you enjoyed the property, the view and the location, the balcony is definitely one of our favorite spots, especially when the dolphins come by! I completely understand how the atmosphere in the area during your visit may have felt a bit unusual, especially with kids. That was definitely a rare occurrence and not something we typically see but I appreciate your understanding that it was just a matter of timing. We’re grateful there were no issues during your stay and we’d love to welcome you back for a more peaceful getaway in the future!

It was super easy to get into our condo but it wasn’t very clean and our living room tv didn’t work. We brought my elderly father in law who only stayed in the condo and couldn’t even watch tv. It was really a shame. Also, half of the light bulbs needed replaced. The location and beach views were wonderful and we were happy to have a function kitchen.

This unit was an absolute gem and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally well kept overall. There were only two relatively minor issues that kept it from being a full five-star experience for us, both of which seem very fixable:1. The shower in the master bathroom would not get properly hot. Even after running it for quite a while, the water only reached a cool-to-lukewarm temperature. Interestingly, the hot water worked perfectly everywhere else in the unit, including the other shower and the master bathroom sinks, so this appears isolated to that particular shower fixture. Hopefully this can be addressed for future guests, because otherwise the bathroom was excellent.2. The lounger in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable, but the red leather upholstery is noticeably cracked and worn, making it stand out a bit against how immaculate the rest of the unit is. Everything else felt polished and thoughtfully maintained, so this one piece of furniture felt slightly out of place.Overall though, this was a fantastic stay in a truly exceptional unit, and we would absolutely return.

Main living room TV was not repaired after report of no function on the first day of stay. Mold existed in the single bed bedroom from obvious water damage along the inside wall and closet including the closet doors. An intent to report the mold would have been satisfied had the promised technician arrived to repair the TV.

The value is there, it's worth the money!

I have to start by starting i am tough when it comes to reviews. I allow for some minor oversights, and evaluate based on actual events.Location is great! Nice views, you can watch the dolphins from the balcony and capture great sunrises.Close to the beach, and shops. You will always have something to do!I am tough on cleanliness, and everything in working order. This could have been fine with a little more detail. Have the cleaning crew check all the surfaces, including the top of counters and refrigerators.The appliances are in need of updating, as I do not eat out, I use the kitchen to prepare high quality meals.Overall, very nice, ciukd use some updating, and great value for the money spent. I do recommend this as a place to take your family. The host was great too!
