This is a very nice duplex walking distance to the beach. Both the front and back yard are fenced which is great to bring your pup along.

The location is great - right around the corner from the block to the beach. The beach is a wonderful part of the North end of Virginia Beach. The home is very dog friendly.

Good place to stay. Property is in a nice neighborhood and short walk to the beach. The duplex was clean and comfortable. It’s a good place to stay if you are traveling with your dog due to fenced in front and back yards. I really appreciated the welcome human snacks and the welcome toys for the dogs. The owner provided everything we could need for our stay.

This VRBO is a fantastic spot! Just a quick walk around the corner, and you’re right at a beautiful clean beach. It’s also just a few minutes driving to some great restaurants and entertainment options. We loved how pet-friendly it is, with a nice little fenced in yard for our dog to enjoy some space. The neighborhood felt welcoming and safe. When we reached out to the host for access details, they responded by the end of the day, and getting in was a breeze once we arrived. We would recommend for a beach getaway!

My family and I had a great week here. We brought our two pups and as soon as we walked in we could tell how truly dog friendly this house was. Angie is very responsive and kind. We even walked in to a sprung dog toy for the pups. It is very close to the beach and an easy drive to the Boardwalk. I highly recommend this as a place to stay!

By far the best host we've had so far. We traveled over the Christmas holiday and the house was adorably decorated, well appointed, and cozy! Very nearby oceanfront and First Landing State Park.

We had to reach out two times before calling VRBO to get a hold of the host to give us access code information only a few days before arrival. Once we arrived we settled in and a cockroach fell on my son while he was laying on the sofa. While looking for that bug I found balls of dog hair the size of my fist and dust, dirt and animal hair under all furniture and corners in the living room. Truly filthy space. The next morning my entire family was coughing and having a hard time breathing when my husband took one look at the furnace filter and realized it was a health hazard. Head warning if you have a family /children with asthma or any allergies, this property is not suitable for temporary or any stay. The kitchen door is literally falling off the hinges, we had to entirely clean out the outdoor shower full of giant spiderwebs and leaves/debris, the floor wasn’t even visible, the lock on the shower was broken, The fence at the front of the property is in need of serious repair and paint. The bathroom floor vent was so rusted out and sharp right where you exit the shower, I was afraid one of us would accidentally bump it and get cut. Paint peeling off the bathroom door, The owner said she would give us a refund of the nights left but then tried only giving us back 1/3 of the money. We had to uproot our family of 5 and find a new space. We spent countless hours on the phone trying to recover our money and get a new place. Do not recommend!

We had a great stay. Location is perfect. House was meticulously clean and had all the comforts of home. Would definitely book again.
