Less than a 5 minutes’ drive to a popular Palladio shopping and dining area. Folsom Lake State Recreation Area and American River trails are less than 15-minute drive. South Lake Tahoe is about a 1.5-hour drive. This home location will allow you to fully experience the rich beauty of the area, and venture into the city.
The 2BR home is the main house of a single-family property. It is accessed from the main front door of the property. There is a guest suite with its own private entrance on the side of the property, and it is completely separated from this 2BR home and has no access to and from this 2BR home. No shared areas between this 2BR home and the guest suite (except the driveway).
