My place is close to Navajo Lake State Park and San Juan Quality Waters. Enjoy the amenities of 3 bedroom 2 bathroom manufactured home with queen, full, and bunk beds. AREA Attractions: The famous Quality Waters : flowing from Navajo Lake, the lower SJR is ranked among America's top-ten trout fishing waters. A 4.5 mile, nutrient rich section below Navajo Dam is so spectacular for fishing that it has earned "Quality Waters" designation. Book a guided fly fishing tour and learn the best areas to fish and regulations from the state department.
House is fully furnished with all new floors. Enjoy the outside patio with an indoor/outdoor grill. Three bedrooms including queen, full, and twin beds. Stacked washer/dryer available. Plenty space for your vehicle and boat. Quiet neighborhood.
Enjoy a nice getaway. Take your boat out on the lake and enjoy the marina addition. You'll take away some great memories!

We were so pleased with the property and how convenient it was to where we fish. The place had everything we needed. Was clean and comfortable. The host was very welcoming. We'll be back again!

Place was perfect close to river and lake plenty of room for us. Fresh eggs were amazing. The house is a tad cluttered and not spotless clean but the beds were comfortable the host was receptive and kind. The yard was large enough for us to park our truck and boat I would stay here again it worked out perfect for us!

Very convenient for fishing. There were several areas in disrepair, the microwave interior was terrible. Garbage was left in the garbage container inside the home.The outside garbage container was raided by an animal so we put a charcoal grill in front of it.Lot of bugs inside, mainly spiders.

As far as the amount of space and the amount of people that can be housed there for the money, it was a great value. This would be a great place for a group of fisherman or hunters. Just looking for a base camp. However, there were some issues with the washer and dryer, the cleanliness of the bathrooms, and there's quite a bit of clutter out on the front porch making it difficult to use the picnic table and barbecued area. There were also lots of ants on the front porch. The garbage bin was difficult to latch closed, and a stray dog got in and caused a mess because we couldn't get the door closed.

We had a great stay at this Vrbo Home. The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — quiet, scenic, and close to everything we needed while still feeling private and relaxing.The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive, which made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The house had everything we needed, and the layout worked great for our stay.We really enjoyed our time fishing the San Juan and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place.
