Excellent location! We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The beach is amazing, and the property is just a short walk from the beach. Parking was great, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our time at this location. The condo was clean, there is a little patio area that we enjoyed in the morning while drinking our coffee, and the beach chairs were very appreciated.

The only issues and not going to give a bad review for it, the outlets are so loose our phone chargers and tablet cords would fall out of the outlets. I text the number they give for issues and said thank you for letting them know.

This place is amazing! Fantastic view and your car is right outside of your door so no stairs or crowded elevators to deal with the beach chairs and umbrellas were out first thing in the morning if we ever needed anything or more chairs for a group to sit together the guy had it set up for us. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed we will definitely be staying here again!!!

Excellent beach access on a beautiful beach! One umbrella & 2 chairs were included with the rental which made things easier. Also, cheaper rental than some others if an extra set up is needed. This is an excellent choice for 1-4 people. Cozy and comfortable. Good price, especially for the area. Communication was all directly with Real Joy rather than through the VRBO app, but they are very responsive and friendly. It was also nice to have 2 parking spaces included. Convenient and easy to get to, gated and safe area. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance (less than a mile-one’s about a 5 minute walk the other about 10.) The kitchen is a little small, but everything worked and plenty of dishes, etc. Extra bath towels as well, which is a bonus in that area! Bring your own beach towels (Surprisingly common for a beach town.)The laundry room machines don’t take cash and require you to download an app to use. We only stayed 3 nights so that wasn’t relevant to me. But good to know.Easy drive too/from the Destination airport (VSP).I would definitely stay there again if in the area..
