The Space:

Your dream beach getaway awaits on the Gulf of America and the panhandle of Florida! This unit allows Snowbird Friendly Rates from December to February. Renovated in 2023, this lovely resort is mere steps away from the sand and surf, so spend your days on the water either lounging, collecting shells, or renting water equipment like paddleboards and surfboards. Make sure to keep an eye out for any dolphins swimming by to say hello! An array of amenities is provided to keep you entertained, including pools, a hot tub, a sauna, & world-class tennis courts.



Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, indulging in a favorite movie on the large TV, or serving brunch on the private balcony with spectacular ocean views. All three sofas fold out into queen-size beds. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the galley-style kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will enjoy a restful night's sleep from the day's adventures, with a sofa bed provided for extra room.

Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.

Very nice place, close to everything we wanted to do, loved the view and access to the beach. Wish our trip was longer.

Property was fine. Elevator was pretty slow. Door not as secure as I would have liked. Beds were great. Tv had no directions.

Very nice property

The 20th floor (top floor) was as advertised, no surprises. The view is 'as good as it gets'. The property had many nice amenities, in particular enjoyed the gym, sauna, hot tub, pool loungers, etc.The location is excellent as we could walk to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. (we did have a car)The best thing is the beach and ocean. Sand is pure white and soft, the water is as clear as possible. That's actually why we like this area so much.

The views from this property are stunning! I stayed by myself and felt the place was the right size. The kitchen is great along with the living room. The only thing that I wished I had was a little bit more information on the check-in process and maybe a binder in home with Wi-Fi password, how to rent the chairs on the beach, etc.The listing says there's no front desk. But there's actually a guarded gate that you have to stop at, and then park in guest parking to go into the front desk to get a wristband/sign a statement/fill out car information to be able to stay on property and go to the beach, a parking pass that you have to have in your car at all times, then you have to go move your car to regular parking. None of this is a bad thing by any means, but it was a little bit of a surprise to me when I didn't think there was much of a process to getting on property to pull up and find that there actually is. It is a great location and very family friendly.
