We loved our stay and will be back! Communication was great, condo was wonderful, all furnishings were clean and comfortable. We love Pointe Royale, and have stayed numerous times in various others units, this may just be our new favorite!

Was just as it was listed very clean had everything we needed plenty towels , beds were very comfortable .

We very much enjoyed our stay. Very clean. We used the table a lot for food and for games. If you plan to do so, bring something to wipe it down with. We used baby wipes, but would've preferred clorox wipes. We liked being close to the pool. Great communication with the hosts as well.

Took my family to Branson and the place was really nice. The golf course was right outside the back door the pool and the restaurant was right over the hill overall just had a great time. The condo is very nice very clean very well laid out.

The property was ideal for our stay. It was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The Coro complex was well located and quiet. It was a wonderful experience and very relaxing.

Condo was great. Upstairs neighbors were very noisy but our condo was clean and just what we expected it to be. I would rent again

Book it!

You will not be disappointed with this property. The hosts communicated so well from the very beginning. The checkin process was easy, expectations were clear, and checkout was not overwhelming. There was calming music playing as we walked in, it was clean and smelled nice. We had everything we needed in kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, linen closets, etc. It was a wonderful experience, and the price is unbeatable. We will definitely stay here again in the future. :) Thank you Grand Welcome!

Lovely condo. Beds were very comfy, no ceiling fans but stand fans were provided for use. Condo was spotless upon arrival. Amazing communication with the hosts. The deck was nice (the times it was cool enough to sit out there lol, late July is hot). The large couch provided ample room for everyone to sit comfortably, and the pull out portion was perfect as a bed for our toddler. Only slightest complaint and this is nitpicking, is the internet speed on the tv. It was a bit buffery. But overall lovely place. Check in / check out was a breeze. Loved the guide that was sent via text with all the info you could need.

We loved the property and used the indoor pool and hot tub. We have gone to many VRBOs and always in the past if no one had been there before, we could get in an hour earlier. When we reached out to the owner, he said we could get in for a price. Then he said they would reach out to housekeeping and maybe let us in an hour ahead. We arrived and sat outside in the hot sun waiting to hear, knowing that no one from housekeeping was there but did not give us the code until 10 minutes before check in time. However we left 3 hours before check out time, so it goes. So many positives about this place so it is too bad, this was a negative.

Everything as listed, it was great having a washer and dryer in the unit while we stayed. Also having access to a full kitchen.
