The space
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital door code. Once inside, the living room is to your right and a hallway leading to the bonus room is to your left. The living room features large windows, a queen sleeper sofa, and large SmartTV. Just off the living room is the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen comes stocked with all essential cookware making it possible to create any meal! The large farm table is the perfect spot to gather and enjoy quality time together! Appointed with a futon, chairs, SmartTV, and (decorative only!) fireplace, the bonus room provides additional space that can be used for sleeping or relaxing. Two of the four bedrooms are downstairs. The first bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom is fitted with a full bed. The full bathroom on the main floor has dual sinks and a shower and tub combo. Upstairs has two additional bedrooms and second full bathroom. The first bedroom upstairs features one full bed, the second has two full beds. Don't forget the large fully fenced backyard! Guest are welcome to use the grill, patio furniture and fire pit! ***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.***
Guest access
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The neighborhood
This is a quiet residential neighborhood located halfway between Ft. Jackson and Williams-Brice Stadium. The location provides easy access to I-77 and is less than 5 minutes from major grocery stores and restaurants.
Getting around
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.*** We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
