Our stay here was phenomenal and our boys already want to plan the next stay. From the moment we walked in, the condo felt bright, cool, open, incredibly clean, and immediately comfortable. More than anything, it felt like a home rather than a vacation rental.The outdoor space was our favorite part. The large lanai has a beautiful view overlooking the pool, beach, and ocean, with an amazing breeze throughout the day. We loved having breakfast outside and coming back out for the sunsets at night. The location in Kīhei is fantastic. There are so many great places within walking distance. Our first morning we walked over to Kīhei Caffe for an amazing breakfast and couldn’t resist the gelato after the beach. The host was wonderful and made the experience feel even more personal, including a handwritten welcome card and bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. Those small touches were a perfect introduction to how thoughtful the entire condo is.If you’re looking for a place in Maui that combines the comforts of home with an incredible location, beautiful ocean views, and everything you need for easy beach days, this is it. It was absolutely perfect for our family, and we would stay here again without hesitation.

Amazing property. Great pool, amazing beach and walking distance to good restaurants and shopping. Plus the property is zoned Hotel so you can visit Maui without contributing to the housing crisis faced by the locals.

The condo was perfect for our stay! It was wellstocked with everything you could need or want for a Kihei vacation. The sunsets and whale watching from the massive lanai were next to none! It’s a great central location for walking everywhere. Host was so easy to work with, and the condo was spotless clean upon our arrival. Would love to stay here again!

Shops nearby and within walking distance. We did not use the pool. The amenities in the condo were very useful! The only thing that was not enjoyable, but out of the owner's control, was the rooster that woke us every morning and in the middle of the night!

I usually stay at the Four Seasons when in Maui, but with our family growing, we decided to rent a 3 bedroom(this unit). This property had a better deck and view than the 4 seasons and walking distance to many great restaurants and grocery shops. Also a very calming crash of the waves from the private double sized lanai in the unit. The unit pictures does not do it justice. Very nice to have a full kitchen, unlike the 4 seasons. We saved a lot of money not having to order room service whenever we got hungry. We had an excellent time at this property and location. Very close to some great golf. Endless restaurants to choose from. Near everything you need. Great hvac system in the unit.

I dont normally leave reviews but this luxury 3 bedroom condo was extraordinary in every way imaginable. We usually stay in 5 star hotels but needed room for 6 this time so decided to try a luxury VRBO. The views are incredible looking directly out over the palm trees, the beach and Ocean. The sunsets were second to none, even right up there with the Adriatic Sea in Croatia. This condo is also right in the middle of all the restaurants you would ever need right along the waterfront in Kihei. Our favorite hidden gem find is the Kihei Food Truck Park with the most amazing food weve ever had. This was the best overall travel experience weve ever had!!!

We had the most amazing visit to Kihei! For sure our favorite area in Maui. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and the unit was across the street to the Beach. The Penthouse had breathtaking views, we saw hundreds of Whales and a perfect sunset every night. Unit was completely remodeled and was well equipped with everything we needed; beach chairs/umbrellas/snorkeling/boogie boards! Fully stocked Kitchen. We had an absolute blast exploring all the local beaches that were calm and perfect for children and a short drive to bigger waves in Wailea. There was even an official Dole Whip spot a block down the street. The best Sushi on the Island is across the street at Koiso, book in advance, reservations are over a month out. We were in Heaven!

This Penthouse is amazing!! The best host we have ever had while visiting Maui. Host was extremely easy and responsive to work with. All instructions were clear and unit was ready as promised when we checked in. Ample space for family or couples. Top floor provided unobstructed views to South Kehei and Kamaole Beach. Sunrises with the birds and ocean surf, and ended everyday with gorgeos Sunsets. Kitchen was well stocked with all modern appliances and filtered water system. A/C system was easy to use and kept the unit comfortable while getting acclimated. TV was easy to use for Cable TV or streaming services. Master Suite was top notch with walk in shower and double sinks and ample closet space for a long stay. There were beach toys to make the stay super fun. The pool was so easy to access and plenty of chairs to relax on after coming up from the beach. One of the best things is the location!!! 8 minute drive to Wailea, and 8 minute drive to Maui Nui Golf Course and major shopping locations. Also, short 20-25 minute drive to the Airport and Highway to the Upcountry. West Maui (Lahaina/Kaanapali/Kapalua) are only about 30 minute drive. There are so many shops and restaurants within in a 5-10 minute walk also!! Gift shops, bakeries, coffee shops, ABC and General stores, Gas station. THIS PLACE HAS IT ALL! We will be coming back for sure!!

We did take a 10 minute Uber to Safeway and another to additional shops.Cleanliness & AmenitiesThe place was spotless and newly updated. The kitchen is fully stocked. It’s clear a lot of care went into making sure guests have what they need.Beach GearA huge bonus, especially with kids. Boogie boards, towels, chairs, umbrella, goggles, sunscreen, a football, board games and more.Views & Outdoor SpaceThe view is stunning. Waking up to beach views was unreal. Sunsets over the water are incredible. The outdoor patio was perfect for morning coffee or evening wind down. Amazing place. Incredible view, close to everything you need. Great communication from host. Very well equipped, from kitchen to bath to beach everything you need is here for you. Super comfortable and peaceful place to rest and unwind. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.
