Book with us and come to Maui to explore everything we have to offer!

Sought after building 10 nicely remodeled unit with cherry cabinets and granite counters in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances. The spacious living area is tastefully furnished with stylish contemporary island-style furnishings and large flat screen HDTV, DVD player. The ocean view master bedroom also has a large flat screen TV. The outdoor lanai (patio) has great ocean views and overlooks the landscaped courtyard area with fountain. FREE wireless high-speed internet access.

The bedrooms are all very separated, offering privacy for families or friends traveling together and offer TV's and Split A/C's. The living room features a Queen sofa sleeper and a television as well. *Please note that the 3rd bedroom closes off from the living room with a wall of sliding frosted doors.

Beach access is just across the street from Kamaole Sands (there are no condos on the other side of the road, just Kamaole III Beach Park), and many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. This unit includes quick-dry microfiber beach towels, lightweight beach chairs, and an umbrella. Baby items such as full-size crib, Pack-n-Play, stroller, high chair, and booster chair available to rent from a local on island baby equipment rental agency.

- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

A fantastic home base for a Maui getaway!From the moment we booked, everything was effortless — the process was straightforward and stress-free. When we arrived, the place exceeded our expectations: the photos online actually undersell it. The space is genuinely roomy and well-appointed, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax.The location is a major highlight. We were just steps from Kamaole Beach Park III, with easy access to restaurants and shopping nearby — perfect for grabbing a meal without needing to drive. The pool area was a lovely bonus, beautifully maintained and a great spot to unwind after a day at the beach.We'd happily stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located rental on the south side of Maui.

Everything was great. The only thing was I didn’t feel the toilet paper and paper towel supply was adequate for the number of people and the amount of days. Also some of the dishes were put away and dirty. But overall excellent condo.

The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We were short one beach chair, but after calling the rental company they delivered us another chair. I would definitely book this condo again.

Senior Trip

So nice to stay here with my two teens and three adult children. Close to great beaches and our favorite spots in Maui. Loved our stay. BBQ’d dinner every night out at the grills and pool/spa was very nice!

A perfect place for 3 generations

We loved the location of this unit (near the beach), one level and on the ground floor. Having three bedrooms made it easy for 5 people (3 generations) to enjoy a wonderful vacation in Maui.

We loved the condo, the location, and the overall complex. Only minor annoyance was it seems a three bedroom condo should have a couple nearby parking spaces.

Best place yet!

We feel so fortunate we were able to stay in this condo, it was so clean, updated and comfortable for our family on holidays and really made us relaxed and enjoy the amazing views! We are going to rebook this unit for sure!

Fabulous accommodation for our entire family

The accommodations were lovely and they are on a gorgeous property! It was fabulous to have the beautiful ocean view enjoying sunrises and sunsets and we loved that we were able to walk to the beautiful beach so easily. The property is in an excellent location. It was perfect for our family and we enjoyed everything about the property and the amenities. Thank you!

Great condo, near beach, good amenities

Had a great week here. Didn't run into any issues or problems. Short walk across the road to the beach 2-4 times a day. Pickleball, pool, ocean board rentals all on site. Would definitely visit again.

Great, family friendly

We stayed for 3 weeks, the condo was great. It was clean, beds are comfortable. The sofa bed was difficult to pull in and out, but I think it’s because the mattress was replaced and is the most comfortable sofa bed we’ve been on. Had some connectivity issues with the wifi for the first week of our stay. Once that was settled, no complaints.

Family get together in Maui

We had a family get together in Maui and we all stayed in Kamaole Sands resorts. Our unit was by far the best - for location and comfort. We loved that each room has its own air conditioning unit. The view from the patio was wonderful - we saw the ocean and the sunsets/ sunrises. The availability of beach chairs, beach toys, etc was a bonus. We loved staying here and will love to come again.

Great unit and location

We had a great stay overall and the unit has made some upgrades since two years ago, such as window treatments in the bedrooms. The check-in was late because cleaning was still ongoing, but we managed ok. We plan to stay here again, which will be our third, and sixth overall at Kama’ole Sands.

We love Kamaole Sands

We have stayed on this property several times. Each unit has been different. This one was a little dated and the third bedroom was a little odd but did the job! The air conditioning was first rate and the views from the lanai were what you expect in Hawaii.
