Great property at a great location. This was a great experience. The house is very well designed, makes you feel home. You can see the mountain and watch the paragliders flying while you are chilling in the pool. In addition owner is a very nice person and very helpful. He welcomed us, even helped us with our accommodation from airport and rental. We travel a lot to many different countries.m, probably this was the best experience, we have ever booked from VRBO.

Just beautiful

From start to finish this was one of the loveliest places to stay. The photos do not do it justice, everything about it is beautiful. It is spotlessly clean, perfect location and the owners can't do enough for you. We will be back, thank you for a wonderful stay

Wonderful place for any age

What great holiday!!!! I can’t write anything negative about this place, the hosts are very friendly and caring people and always available. So many shops nearby and the villa has everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. I will definitely go back and recommend to all my friends already.

Villa Helena was lovely with a beautiful well maintained garden the roses were stunning.The villa it self was exceptionally clean and well maintained equipped with everything you could possibly need for your holiday.It is situated in an ideal location with restaurants and supermarkets nearby and the bus service is excellent, our host was very friendly and helpful.Highly recommend.

Fabulous villa close to shops and multiple restaurants. Pool area private and well set out. Kitchen and bathrooms modern and functional. Short drive to Fetiye and Olu Deniz . Our host was very helpful and responded to any queries quickly . We only had one issue with hot water, after a day of cloud the solar panels weren’t providing any! The issue was resolved in a couple of hours - very efficient.

Great villa and host

We wanted a relaxing 10 days and that’s exactly what we got. Villa has everything you need including a great pool. Cüneyt is a friendly attentive host. He is just a WhatsApp msg away if you have any questions ( of which we only had a few) and was always very responsive. To top it off there is a great restaurant 100 m from the villa and plenty of supermarkets within walking distance.

The villa was lovely. A very warm greeting from the owner. A lovely hamper waiting for us with the essentials. Villa was spacious, clean, had everything you could possibly need. No negatives. Will definitely return. Thank you

Superb property, just a bus ride away from all the action. But there are plenty of restaurants local if you don't fancy going that bit further. Shops nearby for essentials. Cüneyt is a fabulous host and at the end of a WhatsApp message for any questions. Water cooler is fabulous - wish we could have one this cheap at home!! oxoxo

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful villa! It was SO well equipped, clean & comfortable, & the pool was just incredible! What made it especially relaxing was our excellent host. The communication, even before we arrived, was just superb. After arriving late at night & being let down by our car hire company, our host immediately sprung into action & organised a private transfer for us which arrived within 15 mins of me alerting him to our situation - we could not have been more grateful. He then met us at the villa to ensure we were settled & was on hand throughout the week via Whatsapp to reassure us when there were wildfires (over 60km away) & to advise on running routes for our athletic daughter! Thank you SO much for your kindness & assistance during our stay.The villa itself was fantastic & had everything we could need. We were greeted with a welcome pack consisting of rose wine, milk, bread, coffee & more! Such a lovely touch. It was within easy walking distance to the lower street with plenty of eateries, bars & supermarkets. This is also the road where you can catch the fantastic Dolmus (local mini bus) - you can flag it down & it stops pretty much anywhere you need it to! It is comfortable, clean, air conditioned & cheap! We used it everyday to get the beach & explore. Our only suggestion for any way to improve would be to update the photos online as there are some slight changes to the area (positive ones!) & maybe have bedside lamps for reading. Fab - 10/10!

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Den einziger Punktabzug war das direkt neben uns eine Baustelle war.

Amazing Villa Helena

Check in and out was faultless the property is very private and well maintained plenty of room and everything you could need to make your holiday perfect the newly refurbished bathrooms are amazing walking in showers wall hung toilets and basins these really give a luxurious finish all beds are very comfortable and of a high quality making you feel at home 5 stars for Cuneyt and family for making our stay very special we will definitely be returning

Fabulous

We have just enjoyed a fantastic 11 nights in this beautiful villa. Set in a peaceful location in Ovacik with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and beautiful sunsets and yet only 150m from the nearest restaurants and supermarkets. The villa itself is extremely spacious inside and immaculately clean, the 2 bathrooms have recently undergone a full refurbishment which has been completed to a very high standard, there is even a third shower room/wc for use when around the pool, this saves going into the villa when wet from swimming etc. The pool is in outstanding condition with crystal clear water, plenty of sunbathing areas and provided sunbeds and parasols, below the pool area is a large bbq area. Another reviewer said that the pictures don't do the villa and surrounds justice, we agree wholeheartedly. In terms of access to bars and restaurants the location is excellent, there are 3 directly and the bottom of the road which all receive excellent reviews but for us the Shiraz was outstanding with helpful friendly owners. Turning left at the bottom of the street will take you down to Hisaronu with bars all along this road which is the main Fethiye to Olu Deniz road, the small buses (dolmus) run frequently. The walk took us app 30 mins but as it was very hot we only did this once, there is a taxi button right outside the villa, this is a great idea, the cabs turn up quickly and they are inexpensive. It is very clear from the moment you arrive that the owners take great care of the property, nice touches include a welcome pack and a cold water dispenser which saves having to carry water bottles from the supermarket. We were here during the pandemic, safety restrictions are enforced and currently Turkey appears to be as safe as anywhere, none of this spoilt our enjoyment of the area. Another deciding factor regarding this villa is that they do not overcharge compared to others but you will still leave feeling as though you had a very special holiday, we certainly did. So to sum up, would we stay again ? Too right we would and it is already booked for two weeks next September. Many thanks to Cuneyt and family for allowing us to stay in your lovely villa.
