You'll find yourself in close proximity to all the city's attractions, including the famous Las Vegas Strip, just a 5 mins drive away. 10 mins drive from Harry Reid International Airport.

1. No loud conversation or music playing in the backyard between 9 PM to 9 AM.
2. NO PARTY OR EVENT ALLOW.
3. Do not decorate the house without permission.
4. Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and the building.
5. Please do NOT bring anyone other than registered guests into the property without permission.
6. Pets are NOT allowed, unfortunately.

1.There will be security camera monitoring in following area. (back yard, garage and front door)
2.The garbage disposal can is in the garage if you need to dump anything
