Enjoy the perfect beach vacation in Ocean City. Our home is an amazing 1st floor right on the beach and has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. There's room for everyone to feel at home with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer, and an outdoor shower. The property has been recently renovated with high-end fixtures and amenities. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place!

This first-floor property is located at 32nd and Wesley Ave. There is a 1 car garage to park or store all of your beach stuff while on vacation, as well as 2 additional parking spaces on the property. It has a beautiful wrap around deck, paver patio and private entrance to the beach. Also has a private outdoor shower with changing area.

Enjoy the open floor plan for entertaining. The incredible gourmet kitchen is fully functional with everything you need. The living room comes equipped with WIFI and a large flat screen TV. Enjoy the ambience of the color-changing fireplace with or without heat for a relaxing mood. For your convenience, the unit has brand new full-size washer and dryer.

You will need to bring your own linens and bath towels or rent them from a local service. You also need to bring your own beach towels and chairs.

Looking for fun out of the surf and sand? A quick stroll to the boardwalk finds you 2 large amusement parks with rides and attractions for all ages. There's also a great water park, miniature golf courses, arcades, shops and restaurants. Enjoy a family surrey ride, fly a kite, or just eat ice cream while watching the sunset. Ocean City, NJ is a GREAT family vacation destination!!

This home is wonderful for a multi-generational group! We appreciated that the three adult bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. It is an easy walk to the beach, stores, restaurants and playground. The home was well cleaned when we arrived. The kitchen/dining/living area is comfortable for a group. We enjoyed watching birds and butterflies in the dunes from the large windows and patio in the back of the house. The kitchen is well appointed, we cooked most meals in. Linda responds to messages timely and was accommodating of special requests. I would like to return to this property and will recommend it to others.

Very well kept home. As described, we appreciated the number and quality of bathrooms, cleanliness and layout of living area, and proximity to beach cannot be beat. Would recommend.

Beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen. Very nice back porch and patio with lots of seating. Very thoughtful welcome package. Very responsive owners.

Family Vacay

We had a wonderful trip allowing us to spend time with our children and their families. The location of this property was perfect! The living space and back porch gave us plenty of space for hanging out. The view out of the dining room window was beautiful. The 5 bedrooms and 5 baths worked out great allowing each family their own bathroom. Not to mention the outdoor shower. The house was very well stocked….dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and a large ice maker. There were even beach chairs that we could use if needed. Complimentary items were also left around (candles, hand soaps, lotions,etc.). We had an issue with the shower and dishwasher which was promptly corrected!The only negative was that Beach tags were not provided which was a bit disappointing. I would definitely recommend this property!

Our stay at Linda's place was really enjoyable. There is nothing like being oceanfront, no matter what your age! The unit was very comfortable and suited our family group (several generations) quite well. And most importantly, Linda was a fabulous host, very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!
