This second (2nd) floor 4 bedroom 2 full bath has so much to offer you and your family from one of the the best beaches in the world to the private retreat of the roof top oasis with its 360 degree skyline views. From the downtown shopping to the excitement and thrills of the amusement piers. There's just something for everyone!! A extremely open floor plan welcomes you and your family as you arrive with soaring cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors and a sun drenched feel (you finally know your at the shore). The open tiled kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equip for all your vacation needs including full size refrigerator with ice maker, range with built in microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Comfortable living room with flat screen TV, free wireless internet and free local and long distance calling. Anderson windows and slider that lead to a partially covered beach facing front porch. 4 oversize bedrooms (all equip with FLAT SCREEN TV's) with a pull out sofa in the living room offer comfortable accommodations for 11.There is a 1 car enclosed garage (with ping pong table) and off street parking for your convenience .This is a home that we use ourselves and is not just a rental like most others. Believe me it's kept that way as well!!

Great location! The rental was perfect for our family trip. Plenty of space and a stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils. Ease of getting to the beach and boardwalk were a plus especially with little ones. We all had a great time!

The host was great with communication. The check in and check out process was smooth. We stayed here with our two young boys (3 and 1) and we had a great time. It is 2 blocks from the beach and we had easy access to the boardwalk every-night.

A Great Family Retreat

Our 3rd year staying here at the end of Sept. Very comfortable for 6 adults. The rooftop balcony is a great place to catch the sunset. 2 blocks from the beach. Enjoyed the bikes and ping pong table! Veru close to pickle ball courts. Looking forward to next year!

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed our week at this property. It was clean and well designed. The location was great, easy access to boardwalk and beach. There were four in our party but there was room for plenty more. Pictures are accurate!!
