If you want to have a small wedding party / event you must pay an event fee of 500.00 and a event cleaning fee of 500.00) A event is any gathering of more than 10 extra people, in addition to those that are staying overnight at the house. MAXIMUM is 30 people total, including overnight guests and visitors. So if you have a group of 10 sleeping over, and you invite 11 more to come over for BBQ, that is an event. If the BBQ is only for the people sleeping there overnight, that is not an event. Each event is approved on an individual basis. All events must have prior approval in text correspondence from property manager to notify neighbors, because this is a residential area.
