This place was a perfect spot for a short getaway. Close to food places, coffee shops and easy to find. Will definitely be booking again if we are ever in the area!

Ivan was a very responsive host! There were a few things that could have been a bit cleaner, but over all it was good place to stay for a quick trip to the US Space and Rocket Center.

The apartment is comfortable, clean and cozy, and it is equipped with everything necessary. It is located near restaurants, museums, etc. Iván is very helpful, he gave us great recommendations!

Very nice place to stay that is close to restaurants and stores. Everything has been updated and beds and couches are new also. Only thing I would say is if you drive a corvette or any other low to the ground sports car the entrance is not for you.

The place was nicely remodeled and clean. The parking lot was a bit rough because of frost heaves but is ws quite large for only 4 units. The location was was very nice, nesseled in loads of full grown trees. It's near everything, highways, gas, resterants snd minutes from down town.The unit is on the second floor with entrance from the outside. I can not recommend this for anyone with mobility issues due to the staires only access.

Everything was as advertised. The only thing I'd point out to anyone staying there to be aware that the driveway and parking area are very uneven and to walk and drive carefully. Overall the place was fine.

The unit was clean and inviting, exactly as depicted in photos. There were plenty of extra linens and towels. We had questions prior to our arrival and the host answered quickly and we had no issues with our stay.

This was one of the best places i had stayed. Communication is key for me and talking with the ower was easy. He was very understanding to us being late to check in

I had a fantastic stay at Ivan’s place! From the start, Ivan was an incredibly responsive and helpful host. I had some issues with a package delivery (missing unit number), and Ivan went out of his way to check the property multiple times and even coordinated with his cleaning team so I could swing by at noon to retrieve it before my official check-in. The communication was seamless, the check-in process was easy, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. It’s rare to find a host this dedicated to their guests' experience. Highly recommended

Property location was excellent! Very close to everything. The parking location lot is a bit unstable, needs to be replaced. The bedding wasnt the cleanest and washer kept malfunctioning. Also, the tv in the main bedroom didnt work. Overall our stay was pleasant, just needed some finishing touches was cleaning.

Condo was very nice, had everything you would need to stay several days. We had a convention at the Vaun Braun center up town and it was a perfect location to get to from here. Easy in and out except for the drive way being rough. The host was very easy to contact if you need anything and responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again
