Located in the popular West Beach area of Gulf Shores this one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath hotel suite offers you fantastic views from your Gulf-front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck.

This suite offers you a full-size kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a King-size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath.

Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional ½ bath.

This room is located on the west corner of the building offering you a sweeping view of the area.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

The condo was clean and the people were friendly that worked in the office. We booked a west side corner condo for view of a great sunset, but unfortunately there are buildings in the way so no sunset view unless you go out to beach. View of the sunrise was beautiful!! The view of the beach was great and a quick walk to get there. We even got to see the Blue Angels fly back to Pensacola one evening. The location was great as well. Walking distance to great food (Bahama Bob’s), shopping and sightseeing. The only other issue were the elevators. Our stay was in the off season and elevators were slow. I can’t imagine being there during the peak season and trying to use them. The day we checked out the fire department was there doing some type of maintenance /inspection of the elevators. If this goes on at peak season with 17 floors, it would be almost impossible to get checked out on time. Overall for the cost of the condo, it was perfect for our few days.

Great Condo

The location was great. The actual condo was great also. Very clean and had all we needed. Check in was a breeze also

Not impressed

Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Had to call housekeeping within minutes of arrival to remove bubble gum from upper bunk bed and some sort of drippings from bathroom doors.

Plywood for mattresses, sandbag's for pillow's.

Very disappointed. Did not get any rest due to mattresses equivalent to plywood, and pillow's were like sand bag's. Luckily we were able to move to another location for the rest of our vacation. Unfortunately will have see my physical therapist for existing back disorder, this unnecessary, unpleasant experience caused inflammation in lumbar area of back. Hopefully owner will at least purchase mattress toppers, which are inexpensive but work very well. That way next occupant can have a descent nights rest in room.

nice clean place to stay

My husband, myself and 3 children visited Gulf Shores for the first time Aug 14-16. It was only a weekend vacation and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very accomodating. Had everything we couldve needed, had a beautiful view from the balcony. I only have 2 complaints...1, the wait for the elevator was kinda long. And 2, I wish check out times were a little different. For 1 thing it's hard to vacate 17 floors at once at 10 am..making the wait about 30 minutes to be able to catch an elevator down, that could fit 5 ppl and a cart, but my main reason is because when you pay for 2 nights and plan a weekend getaway, if you cant check in until 4pm and have to check out at 10am, you really only have 1 full day to enjoy your stay. In my opinion checking in at 12 and out at 10am would be more reasonable. I understand they have to be cleaned between visitors..overall, we would book this rental again, it was nice :) watch out for those jellyfish!
