Poolside Paradise, unique 3BR home with Private Heated pool/spa, off-street private parking!

Beautiful architect designed home from the 1990`s in the process of being lovingly restored and redecorated. This is a unique 2-part home with the front building consisting of the living room with soaring 2 story ceilings, a floating staircase to the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds and half bath, a full kitchen (refrigerator w/ice-maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, etc.) with an eat-in kitchen at the island and a full bath with tub. Multiple glass doors at the rear overlooks the pool and rear cottage.

Separating the front home for the rear home is a private heated pool, spa and decking with outdoor covered dining and island landscaping.

The rear house has separate entrances to each of the 2 bedrooms. One is a spacious king suite and the other a queen suite. There is an intimate shower with stained glass and an adjacent bathroom. There is also a private outdoor shower of the rear bathroom..

Air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout...PLUS an off-street private parking spot!
The spa DOES NOT HEAT IN SUMMER as it is in cooling mode but jets work. Pool/spa heater is turned on in the cooler months.

Private but still in the middle of all the things to do. We absolutely loved this little slice of paradise. Our next Key West trip we will stay here again.

Pack light! They have everything! From towels, to chairs, cooking pans and utensils, shampoo and body wash! There is a washer and dryer so you don’t have to pack a lot! The location is great! Most everything is within walking distance! The private pool and hot tub is super nice with walk out steps.I highly recommend this place!!

Layout was perfect for 2 couples. Clean, well appointed. Everything well identified (tho must admit didn’t always read the labels / did ask host often and always had quick & polite responses). Great location & wonderful to have off street parking spot!!

This was our second time renting this home! We had a wonderful stay again! Naomi was a pleasure to talk to and took care of a minor detail we had with booking. The property is in a perfect location with easy walking distance to alll the bars and restaurants! The pool was a big plus!! We willl be back!!

I’d give this house more than five stars if I could. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely immaculate, and the daily maid service made our stay feel especially luxurious and relaxing.The location was perfect — within easy walking distance of everything that makes Key West so special. Since it was quite hot during our stay, we spent our mornings and evenings exploring and sightseeing, then enjoyed relaxing afternoons by the beautiful pool. The awning provided plenty of shade, and thoughtful extras like pool towels and pool noodles made it even more enjoyable.The owners truly thought of everything. Having all paper products stocked was incredibly convenient, and the toiletries were excellent quality — especially the conditioner, which worked wonders on my “beach hair.” There was also plenty of storage space for all of our belongings, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.The kitchen was beautifully equipped with first-class appliances, and both the internet service and cable TV worked perfectly throughout our stay. The decor was elegant and inviting, creating a wonderful atmosphere for a relaxing week in paradise.This was an amazing home, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Key West. We would absolutely stay here again.
