Family friendly, secluded retreat within Key West Truman Annex gated community. Our lanai is a destination in of itself and makes this home extra special. We have some of the most comfortable bedding in Key West prepping you well for each day’s adventures. The fully-equipped kitchen is superb. Location Location Location. There is one vehicle carport, Duval is a block away, yet there is no clatter. This single-family home has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Private lanai area great for outdoor living and family dining and relaxing in the tropical atmosphere of Key West. Bring your emotional support or service animals so nobody is left at home, diminishing the experience for all. The entire home is available for your use and enjoyment. Just text if you need anything from dining advice to experience suggestions. We hope that you can stay with us.

Casa Cristol is a great place to stay. The house was clean and comfortable and inwalking distance to Duval St. snd MallorySq. I highly recommend this vacation home.

I can’t say enough good things about the Owner and this property. The house was amazing - great location, clean, and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long term stay. We were only there for 3 days for our first time in Key West. We will return for a longer stay and book this beautiful home. A huge thanks to the Owner who answered every question I asked and offered so much advice.

Keeper in Key West

Casa Cristol is exectly what this group of 5 friends needed! The home was beautiful, impeccably kept and outfitted. The location was close to some of the best dining on the island. The beach was within walking distance as well. Our host, Michael, was so kind and very accommodating. We would return without hesitation!

Great Vacation Rental in Truman Annex

Property was beautiful, well-equipped, and close to everything! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The owner was very responsive and welcoming. We could have not asked for a better vacation! Don't hesitate on this property. You won't have a better stay somewhere else.

Great stay

My daughter is graduating college so we celebrated with the family at the keys for plenty of beach and fun time. The house was perfect location, close to everything and quiet at night.

Excellent vacation place!

3 couples were very comfortable staying here. Fully stocked home with all you need. We stayed 2 nights and walked the short distance to Duval and Mallory square

We were upset there was not a pool to use on our visit. We felt misled.. the pool that was there we could not use. Basically we felt that was false advertisement.

Ideal location for a Key West Vacation!!

Stayed here with my friends for a wedding we were attending in town. The house was clean, had plenty of space and is a short distance from Duval Street. Michael was great and communicative. The best part is the house had 3 bathrooms for everyone to have a space to get ready in. Wish we stayed for longer, we will definitely be back!

Jan fun trip to Key West with friends

Location, location, location!!! The home is beautiful and very functional! The backyard is so relaxing, lush and gorgeous! I would recommend this to anyone. Works best for 2 or 3 couples. The neighborhood is gated and extremely well maintained!

Nice home in great location.

The VRBO listing includes indicates "Communal Pool" as an amenity. The pool is just steps outside the unit. But, the host doesn't provide a key/fob to access it.There are a few minor maintenance issues inside the unit (we have advised the host), but nothing that would impact your stay.

New Year’s Vacation

This place was absolutely amazing. Everything was is perfect working order and spotless. Great house in a great neighborhood. Everything was is walking distance. Micheal (the host) gave great suggestions for things to do. He was also helpful when I had an issue booking. Not a single problem during our stay. Great communication with host as well. Highly recommended.

AC Problems

Upon check in, it was discovered that the air conditioner was not functioning. The host was notified and he responded by letting us know he would be sending a technician out to repair the AC system. A technician never arrived and the AC was not repaired. It was hot throughout the night and as a result most of us slept very poorly. The next morning we got in touch with the host and requested a partial refund. He denied this request and said the best he could do was a free night for a future trip. This concession was useless to us as none of us visit Key West frequently to make use of this however the host would not budge and did not try to rectify the situation.

I am are originally from the Washington DC area and graduated from the University of Maryland in 1983. I am a public accountant by education and spent a good portion of my career as a mortgage broker. I retired to a gentleman's farm in Harford County, Maryland in 1996, then added a second residence in Key West in 2001.

I choose the Truman Annex because of its security features, having heard too many stories from friends in Old Town about their porch furniture missing while they were away. Casa Cristol is my second home in the Annex purchased in 2003. In 2007. I moved over to Harbour Place and this home became a HomeAway rental.
