Wow! We had a great stay! Our host was responsive and communicative. We loved the home's location, layout, and comfort. The kitchen had everything we needed! We had coffee on the front porch and played games on the dining room table. We were in town for a family event, and it was the perfect place for my Mom, my sisters, and my son's future mother-in-law!

The house was perfect for our stay. My daughter lives 3 minutes away, so the location was great. The backyard patio was ideal for cookouts we had. Would highly recommend this property

Kevin was an incredible host and very communicative! The natural light was stunning, and the inside was even more cozy and comfortable than the pictures showed. Amazing place!

(Written by Brett’s wife)This home was perfect for our weekend stay. The home was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Ample kitchen supplies, all the pots and pans and utensils that we needed for cooking in. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Excellent location for South End restaurants, bars, and the rail trail. Owner was responsive and friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Pillows could have been better. Internet would go off and on. No dish towels. Overall great.

Mark, thanks for the 5 stars and apologies for the issues! I'm curious to know more if you have time to discuss. Were the pillows too firm, too soft? We try to provide a full variety so there are extras in the closet of each bedroom. Apologies for internet issues; we could have called provider together to try to resolve issues. There should have been dish towels in the kitchen - I will check with the cleaners. I hope to host you again and, if necessary, work through any issues that may arise!

Newly renovated home has all the bells and whistles you might need for a multi-day Stay near Charlotte's South end. We were going to a concert at Amos SouthEnd on November 1st and it was an extremely short walk from the rental. Plenty of parking. I would recommend parking vehicles in the back because we heard while we were here, a car was broken into next door. A car that was parked in the front.

Colin, glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you enjoyed the concert! Not sure about the alleged car break in next-door (I have not heard of that) but, as you note, the home has ample parking behind an electronic gate. Glad you had no issues with that!

Check in was easy, there was plenty of parking, and it is close to downtown Charlotte. Now the bad when we arrived there was a dirty wine glass left on the back patio, amd a used bar of soap in the shower. There was also no coffee in the house which there has been with every stay I've ever had.
