Welcome to Navarre Towers 503, a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf-front condo that blends luxurious comfort with breathtaking coastal views, located in the heart of Navarre Beach—Florida’s hidden gem known for its uncrowded shoreline and emerald-green waters. Situated on the 5th floor of a gated, resort-style complex, this updated unit offers sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from a spacious private balcony, perfect for sipping morning coffee, spotting dolphins, or unwinding with a sunset cocktail. Inside, the open-concept layout features a light-filled living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, stylish coastal décor, a plush sectional sofa, and a large flat-screen TV, creating an inviting space to relax after sun-filled beach days.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
PARKING AREA
Owner or visitor parking passes, provided by either the Manager or rental
agent, are required on all vehicles. Absolutely no trailers, boats, or RVs may be parked
overnight on Navarre Towers property. Oversized vehicles and vehicles with extended bike
rack or luggage racks must be parked in the designated area nearest Gulf Boulevard.
Vehicles not in compliance may be subject to being towed.
GROCERY & LUGGAGE CARTS
Must be taken up and down on the service elevator and
returned promptly to the cart room.
QUIET HOURS
9:00 PM (SRC Code of Ordinances Section 14-4) to 9:00 AM.
Violators may be subject to a $100.00 fine.
PETS
Renters may NOT bring pets of any kind.
County Ordinance Section 4-37(b) prohibits dogs on the beach, except for service dogs.
COMMON AREA WALKWAYS
Are to be always clear per fire marshal. Beach
paraphernalia may not be left in walkways.
BALCONIES, TERRACES, AND RAILINGS
Shall NOT be used for hanging garments, towels,
or other objects.
GLASSWARE
NO glass is permitted in the pool area or on the beach.
FEEDING BIRDS
Feeding birds from the balcony is prohibited. It is unsanitary and can be cause for
eviction.
TRASH CHUTES
For bagged common household trash only and are located on each
floor between the 04 units and the lobby door.
CHARCOAL GRILLS
Located in the pool area. Only electric grills are permitted on
private balconies.
SEA OATS AREA
Expect a County fine of $500 if you climb on the fence or walk through
the sea oats on the dunes.
SKATEBOARDS AND ROLLER BLADES
NOT permitted on Navarre Towers property.
FIREWORKS
NOT permitted on Navarre Towers property.
SMOKING AND VAPING
Permitted in designated areas ONLY.
APPLIANCES & UTILITIES:
Please turn off lights, AC, and electronics when not in use.
No tampering with thermostats, Wi-Fi routers, or other devices.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Please shake out all items before entering the unit to reduce sand build up and so no sand goes in the washing machine
Please make sure the AC is turned OFF if the sliders or windows are open.
