Great spot at a reasonable price. The hosts were responsive, helpful, and had great attention to detail.Standout was the kitchen. I love to cook and always bring some of my own kitchen essentials, but was pleasantly surprised to find a very well equipped kitchen.

The host was great to deal with. The house had anything that you might need in a vacation home. This was our second stay at this property and plan on booking again next year.

Very nice rental for active families. Location is not too far away from town and national park but still very quiet and spacious. Great fire pit for smores! Responsive if you need any help. We will be back!

The property was beautiful and the host was just a message away for anything we may have needed. Everything was just as it was listed with some really cool extra touches.

Everything was really clean. The hosts thought of everything! They provide anything you may have forgotten. Beds were comfortable. House was very comfortable. We were extremely pleased and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Outstanding ! Perfect location to everything Fayatteville has to offer and house is much bigger than it looks - lots of room to spread out, super well stocked kitchen with all you could need and a fantastic outdoor space with the deck, firepite, pickleball, huge yard with wildlife every morning and hot tub. You won't regret staying here !

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Pickleball Retreat. Aside from being clean, organized and very well equipped, the owners were extremely kind and accommodating, offering us fresh eggs, herbs and vegetables from the garden and plenty of activities for the kids (in addition to the pickleball). We spent our days hiking and rafting and looked forward to cooking in and unwinding at the property. The grounds were picturesque, peaceful and beautifully maintained. It was obvious that they took pride in the home and wanted it to make it an enjoyable experience for visitors. We would definitely return for a future stay.

We are a family of 6 that have stayed in many vacation rentals. None have compared to the type of hospitality we received at this house. The house was more spacious than the photos show. We had plenty of room for our 4 teenagers and ourselves. The kitchen has everything labeled and anything you could need was there. You don't need to bring anything! It was as if we were staying at a family members house who had everything waiting for their guests. We were surprised to find a welcome basket with a note from the owners once we arrived! Communication was excellent. The property is quiet and secluded which is exactly what we wanted. The hot tub was great and the huge backyard deck was a hit with our kids. Great for relaxing after a day of hiking along the gorge. We did not use the firepit but enjoyed using the pickleball courts! The sofas are super comfortable and all the seating for eating was fantastic. If you are looking for a quiet getaway without all the stress of packing for a vacation....this is the place! They treat you like family....and it was so appreciated!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Pickleball Retreat. The owners thoughtfully provided a basket of commonly forgotten items, plenty of firewood for the fire pit, and the hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. We also enjoyed the pickleball courts and had a lot of fun playing.The only issue worth noting was that the home's thermostat was locked in a security box, which was not disclosed in the listing. The house became chilly overnight, and we were unable to adjust the temperature ourselves. The owner contacted me the next day and offered to unlock the thermostat, but since the temperature wasn't uncomfortable enough to require a visit, we declined. We would have preferred to have normal access to the thermostat from the beginning or for this restriction to have been disclosed in the listing. Other than that, everything else met our expectations.
