ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Both Units 18C and 18D are 2-story townhomes and requires 3 steps to enter. While they feature a half bath on the 1st floor, interior stairs are required to access all of the bedrooms located on the 2nd floor
NO SMOKING! Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including indoors and outdoor areas. Violators will be fined for additional cleaning.

No Parties or Events: Please respect the quiet neighborhood and avoid hosting parties or large gatherings.

Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM to respect neighbors.

Guest Limit: Only registered guests are allowed on the property overnight.

Cleanliness: Please clean up after yourself and leave the home in good condition.

Trash Disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated bins.

Check-In/Out Times: Adhere to the check-in and check-out times unless pre-arranged with the host.

Parking: Park only in designated areas and avoid blocking neighbors’ driveways.
