This was a nice clean home that had everything our family needed. Very well furnished. Great location. The host Richard was great and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a great location for our needs. It was clean and well maintained. The host was easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to next summer!

We had a wonderful time staying in Clear Lake. Communication with the host was quick and easy! The house was nice and clean and provided plenty of space for a large group of people.

Such a great house! Very accommodating for a family trip! Close to the beach, very close to the lake and a public dock! Lots of room! Amazing back yard with fire pit and charcoal grill

Beautiful home. Perfect sleeping set up for our family. Host was very quick to respond to our questions. Very clean and kitchen was well supplied. We come to Clear Lake every year and this is definitely a home we would stay in again.

Clear Lake for the 4th of July

We had an amazing time in Clear Lake for the 4th of July celebration! This house is so pretty and is in a great location. It is all updated inside and has plenty of beds if you have a large group staying there. The host is fantastic and responds pretty much immediately. We had everything we needed, and it was the perfect place for us!

The inside of this house is nice. The outside is a mess, weeds, overgrown and not useable. There weren’t any blow dryers or toaster in the house. House not very well stocked, wine fridge but no wine glasses. When I complained the owner told me to go to dollar general. For 1200 for 3 nights these should be basic items. We spent an additional 40 on a toaster and blow dryer so at least the next guests will have them. That being said I was willing to rent again however there is now a 4 day minimum. The owner said he would change it so I could rent but after multiple attempts I never got a response. Booked someplace else, better stocked. Shoutout to Deb the neighbor! She was more helpful than the owner was.

The home is clean, spacious. It is nice to be close to the lake, there is a public dock across the street. The host did not send check in instructions or location, I had to ask. There was no "binder" typical of most homes with information: wi-fi, TV, check out instructions etc. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, airfryer, coffeepot, etc but there was NO basic spices, coffee etc. Not a problem, but I had to ask the host before going, in order to prepare. Also, the grill is charcoal (as listed) NOT propane. There were plenty of towels and the upstairs beds were comfortable. I would stay again!
