The Space:
HoneyTree is a 1,995 square foot, attached single-family home located in the heart of Fort Walton Beach. An enclosed backyard with seating a propane grill with propane tank are provided. Propane tanks will be refilled by the guests as needed.

Guest Access:
You will receive a unique digital access code on the day of check-in to enter the property. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. If you would like to request early check-in, you may be eligible to arrive as early as 1:00 PM, pending approval. Please submit your early check-in request 24 to 48 hours prior to check-in, as availability is based on the day’s cleaning schedule and whether our housekeeping team can accommodate it. The home is equipped with a digital keypad lock—simply enter your code to unlock the door. To secure the property upon departure, press the lock button.

Getting around Fort Walton Beach is relatively easy, though public transportation options are somewhat limited. For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area. Ride share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and offer a reliable way to reach nearby destinations such as Downtown Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa Island, and the surrounding attractions. Biking is also an option for shorter trips, and many roads in the area are bike-friendly. If you're planning to explore beyond the city or travel on your own schedule, a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended.

Other Things to Note:
The booking guest will be required to complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions. Check-in instructions will not be sent to the guests without the agreement executed.

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 4 pets per reservation. Our standard one-time pet fee is:
- $75 for up to 2 pets
- $150 for up to 4 pets

This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations.

To help maintain the home, we kindly ask that you crate your pets when left unattended. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges. Thank you for helping us keep the space comfortable for all guests—human and four-legged alike!

For your safety, this property has 3 exterior security cameras located at:

There are no cameras inside the house. These cameras are installed solely to help protect our guests and the property.

Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. For groups larger than 6 (up to a maximum of 11 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep Honeytree in great shape for everyone!

Interaction with Guests:
For the most efficient response, please communicate with the Ronin Stays Team directly through your booking platform’s (Airbnb, VRBO, and etc) messaging system. If you booked through our website, email is the best way to reach us. Our team actively monitors messages 24/7 to ensure timely support.

Please note that while our team is responsive after hours, some services may be limited during that time. We typically do not engage in direct guest interaction unless it is an urgent or emergency situation.

All of our Short-Term Rentals are self check-in to ensure a smooth arrival and to respect your privacy. Rest assured, detailed instructions and everything you need for check-in will be provided in advance.
