Very clean, wonderful light from huge windows and skylight, great location. Treetop views. The apartment has a nice comfy feel, and host Brendan is immediately responsive to any inquiries. The kitchen has more counter space than you might guess from the photos, if you plan to cook.

Very unique and clean rooms. It was very hot out while we visited so we were happy for the air conditioning. Location was convenient for shopping but we did decide to uber to dinner and home from the theater due to hot weather and distance from main theatre. Would stay again.

Brandan is the best! He helped us along the way with our check in and stay. Left nothing to chance! So the communications before our stay, while we were in Stratford, and afterwards was excellent! Made us feel right at home in Stratford! My daughter, wife and I had a great time with knowing that we had quality accommodations plus a property manager in Brandan that cared about the quality of our stay! He is an excellent manager and superb communicator!

Excellent stay for the second time. Fantastic location for walking everywhere in Stratford. Outstanding cafe in the building and an amazing grocery store a block away. I love the layout of the apartment. Kitchen is great for cooking - lots of pans to prepare meals. We enjoyed having wine and appetizers in the living room as furniture is very comfortable. Decor of the place is tastefully done. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms have showers in them vs. bath tubs. Easy check in and out. Brendan is awesome - so friendly, helpful and efficient! Will return for my third time staying here - Stratford is a charming town with the best theatre shows!

We had a wonderful stay at The Bradford Lofts: The Penthouse. The space was amazing and had all the amenities needed for a stay. The location is great…close to the theatres, restaurants and shopping. Communication was top notch. Brendan was very quick with responses to our questions. We would definitely stay here again when in Stratford.

Had a great 2 night stay in this beautiful apartment. We parked when we got there and never touched the car again....we walked every where. Great location. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Bed was firm but very comfortable. Can't wait to go back next year! Brendan was great with communication and suggested some great places to eat.

Wonderful loft to stay at. The style and artwork are fantastic. The owners did such a good job curating a variety of books. Very impressive selection.High quality workmanship. Great kitchen and lighting. Excellent bedding and blankets. comfortable furniture.Clear and detailed opening and closing instructions are appreciated.

The owner/property manager only communicated with me once two months prior to my reservation. I had to reach out multiple times to the property manager for check-in instructions and the lock codes and only received them 5 hours before our check in time. We never received WiFi codes for our entire stay and there were no coffee filters available for the coffee maker. Additionally, a toilet clogged on the last day, but we could not get any assistance. Finally, the bed frame prevents the bathroom door from closing in the second bedroom. The property was great, but I would never recommend it due to the aforementioned issues.

The host Brendan was remarkably quick to reply and always gave positive and clear responses to questions. The unit was immaculately clean, very close to the downtown, and had very comfortable beds. Location was quiet. Linens and decor seemed high quality. Really loved the vibe of the historic, repurposed candy factory the unit was in. And the restaurant on the lower level was fabulous for breakfast! Could have used some facecloths, Thats my only small suggestion.

The property was clean, well cared for and superbly equipped. The only problem was that the second bedroom was ill conceived. There is a a king bed in a room that can barely handle a full-size bed. Space around the bed was so narrow that the bedroom closet was unusable. In addition, there is no room to close the bathroom door. The pocket door for the room does not close completely, making the lack of privacy uncomfortable. The bathroom is small with no shelf space, which would be okay if the shelves in the adjacent bedroom were truly accessible.
