Clean, bright, comfortable, adorable. Perfect place to stay for the Shakespeare festival. Walking distance to shops, dining, and theaters. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was lovely with high ceilings and a pleasant living room and comfortable bed. The location was excellent and made our stay very easy as we could walk to shopping, restaurants and the theatre. Although coffee was provided which is always nice there were no filters for the coffee maker so we had to go out the first morning for our coffee. Our one complaint is that there should be black out curtains in the bedroom as there was a large neon sign outside the window so we would not stay in this unit again because of this. We didn't have the best sleeps because of this bright light. Black out curtains are needed !

Lovely Downtown Loft

Loved this property! Great location, CLEAN, and prompt responses from property owner. I have stayed in and around Stratford at least 7-8 times over the past several years. This is, by far, the best one of all! Will definitely be back! Located right in the downtown area, with great access to stores and restaurants. Easy and prompt communication with Brendan. If I could give 10/10 I would!

Gorgeous apartment in a great location. Sunny and bright with beautiful teak pieces everywhere. It looks exactly like the photos. Perfectly clean and stocked with everything that you could think of - more like a home than a rental. Dishes, pots and pans, all sorts of glasses, a brita, coffee maker, tea kettle, cutting boards, cutlery, extra linens and more. The details are very well thought out. We would happily stay again. Note - the stairs are steep, so probably not the best spot if you have mobility issues.

Great location! Easy walking distance to the Patterson theatre and the main downtown stores and restaurants. Lovely big kitchen and bath.Two suggestions:While there are televisions, there is no cable, so you do need to connect with a computer. Had that been made clear, we would have brought an appropriate HDMI adaptor.The pull out bed was not made up, nor was there bedding for it in the apartment. We were told we needed to say ahead of time that we planned to use it. Given our late arrival, the situation could not be remedied until the next day. Also the bed corner needs repair, a spring or two. The sag is felt in the bed but also sitting on the couch.

This is a very nice apartment in a great location in Stratford - right at the downtown core and walkable to any number of restaurants, shops and pubs. What we loved: - the place is very clean, and I received very good communication about door codes, where to go in etc in advance, including photos which helped a lot. - the place looks great, love the teak furniture - the location is perfect - the kitchen had everything we needed, including pots, pans, oil and utensils for cooking - was very quiet (this was off-season though I don't think many other units were in use, but at least one was) - free wifi (not amazing but good enough) What we didn't love: - there was no TV service. There are 2 TVs with HDMI cables - but they are not smart TVs and had nothing to look at on them. We had to go out and buy a streaming stick just to watch a movie. I have some at home and could have brought something if I'd have known - so be aware to bring something with. - the windows don't close all the way. as I said it was quiet for the most part - but there is a gap at the top of the window, it wasn't cold or anything it just let in more street noice than I'd like - also you can't lock the windows. It's the second floor, but still something. - parking is...inconvenient. Either paid nearby or free a 6 minute walk away. You can park at the door to unload. Not a huge deal as the area is so walkable, just something to know. - all units are up a long flight of stairs, I counted about 22 steps.

Clean and well kept property with great location. Host friendly, open to questions and an excellent communicator. Free parking located several blocks from the property. Kitchen equipment rudimentary and sometimes lacking (eg. no oven mitts or oil) though dollar store close by. Had a wonderful time in Stratford!

We loved our apartments. They are beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped for a Stratford stay. And the location is superb. However, beware the 22 steps. If you are elderly or handicapped, this can be difficult.

This loft is very spacious, clean and comfortable. A wonderful place to stay for our 4 day trip for Stratford Festival. The kicker... this is an excellent location! It is close to Avon Theatre and all the restaurants and easily walkable to Patterson and Festival Theatres. Paid parking right behind the building or free lot a few blocks away - we opted for the free as we were there for several overnights and then just walked everywhere. Could not have asked for a better location!!! We will absolutely stay here next time we do the festival. Only *very slight* negative is a bit of noise from the the après-Theatre/Stratford After Dark activity as it is on the streetside. This is not a negative of the host or space - just a "note" about the unit location. Communication with host was top-notch making check-in, access, parking, etc. so easy. Great host!!!Cafe Bouffon for breakfast (crispy eggs) and Bluebird Restaurant for dinner (don't skip dessert - it's so worth it!) are so close by and an absolute MUST. Insider advice: book *all* your restaurant reservations in advance!

The property was very nice clean and comfortable. We had no complaints. There was a nice size kitchen area and coffee was supplied as well as towel towels and a comfortable living room area.
