The home features four bedrooms (assigned based on group size), a generous living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two and a half bathrooms, also distributed according to the number of guests. It can accommodate up to 30 people, with an additional fee of $25 per person, per night starting from the ninth guest. A fifth bedroom is made available only when the group reaches at least 70% occupancy.



Outside, guests can enjoy a refreshing pool, an extra bathroom, a large patio with a bonfire area, and private parking. The beach is just 15 minutes away, outlet shopping is 35 minutes away, and the area is surrounded by excellent restaurants offering both local and international cuisine.



All rooms are air-conditioned during the night with preset temperature settings, supported by the property’s solar energy system. Whether you’re relaxing in a hammock, playing a game of dominoes, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings, this home invites you to unwind and connect.
