The house and pictures spot on. The hosts are wonderful, so helpful. Quite neighborhood. Beds are comfortable, huge closet.
Was beautiful for the two weeks we stayed. Nice panel for boating

Love having access from the bedroom to the outside entertainment

The swim Spa is outstanding. A very nice back porch where you can relax. The house is super clean, well-stocked with all the comforts needed for an enjoyable stay. Chis is super communitive, a highly enjoyable stay!

Great Stay!

My friends and I loved this house! It’s super new which is nice and everything is so well put together. It’s also nice that the canal is connected to lake June.

Location & Hosts were great. Nice layout, clean & comfortable. Large Lanai was perfect for relaxing days & evenings. Hot tub/lap pool was a huge plus. Wouldn't hestitate to stay again. Close to my parents, so very convenient. Great communication and very helpful with all our needs.

I don’t know where to start. Walking in the place was beautiful, just as described, and absolutely pristine clean. The neighborhood is fantastic and one of the quietest I have ever found at night. This town and neighborhood is truly a hidden gem of Florida.We had a couple family members visit for a night and there was more than enough room with three bedrooms. We had the very fortunate opportunity of meeting the owners and they couldn’t have been any nicer or more accommodating. I will definitely be back to this property as it is one of the best VRBO locations I have ever set foot in.

This was buy far the best rental we have ever stayed at. The house was perfect in every way. This place was built to be a rental and it shows. Very clean and everything is included. There is no "kitchen table" but we had 6 guests for a fish fry and the bar stools were perfect. With all the counter space everything worked out. There is a table on the screened in patio but it was chilly so we are indoors

House was nice, the water was low as they haven’t have much rain. Caught a few medium size bass. Unfortunately we found a few roaches around the kitchen and night time. but I’m sure they will take care of it.
