Nice area with a couple of issues

Place was nice and pretty clean. We did have to unstop toe shower so water would not stand due to hair in the drain. Only other major issue was the ice maker. When ice was released, water would also fall in the bucket with the ice and then freeze solid. We would have to manually break the ice up by hand everyday and had to empty the solid sheet of ice in the bottom of the tray.

Orange beach phoenix 3 stay

Overall experience was great. The only thing was usually in past experiences, the host of the condominiums would supply at least a day or so of necessities, needed to start your stay, but this place had none, no toilet paper, no paper towels, just a dishwashing machine soap pod. Driving 12 hours to stay at this complex, I haven’t had a chance to go to the store yet. and this is the way I got treated. I needed a trash bag and I figure I just go to the front desk and ask for one and it seemed that they were very bothered and upset that I asked for one freaking trash bag! I was told that I am supposed to provide my own stuff. She told me that she’ll give me one to get me by until I go to the store. I do understand that staying at a condominiums You do have to provide your own stuff but come on a trash bag, why get mad about that. And another thing we were without Internet for one full day and they were concerned about that so they got fixed the very next day overall nice view nice condominium the room was clean just I think they could be a little bit more friendlier at the desk.

Family vaca

We enjoyed our stay. The property was as described. The beach was clean. The staff were all nice. The unit does NOT provide blankets for the sleeper sofa, so be sure to bring them. I even called and was told no, only sheets are provided (because of covid). That was weird. Overall, the unit worked well for our family.

Orange beach one bedroom

We had a nice stay as the weather was ok. The unit was as described . A few spots could have shown less wear, like the marks on the counter and corners in the bathroom. Otherwise everything was clean and well maintained except The door did have a tendency to not automatically close, it stuck open. There was some work being done that required the closing of the main beach door. The path to the beach wasn’t marked well by anyone. I will say that running the washer was very noisy as was the fridge. I would think the owner should look at replacing the fridge soon as it was noisy when it’s compressor ran.

Bathroom

Bathroom was old looking and had areas or rotten looking wood in it. Overall not bad. Master bedroom bed was not comfortable. Front area with beach view was nice.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location, beautiful views off the balcony, and comfortable bed. The elevators are a little busy, you can hear the neighbors through the walls really well, and the room didn’t have any “extras” like salt/pepper, extra toilet paper, liquid dish soap, or coffee filters that other rooms we’ve stayed at have provided. None of this would keep us from giving this place a good review, just a heads up to future travelers. Thanks for a great stay in beautiful Orange Beach.

Not clean

The condo looked clean but wasn’t. The bed skirt was half off in a puddle and a tripping hazard I fell toward the bed. Thank goodness! and after walking around my feet were black so I swept and mopped. Unbelievable amount of dirt

Beautiful area to visit

Orange Beach was beautiful, lots of fun things to do with our teens. Beaches were gorgeous and well maintained. Unfortunately, the pictures of our condo were a far cry from the in person experience. Furniture was stained and the condo could benefit from a thorough cleaning.

Beach Bliss

Very clean condo. Allowed us to check in early by informing us as soon as the room was clean. Elevators were a little slow but the building was at capacity. A little pricey but we went during peak season. Kitchen was well equipped including a crock pot! Overall lovely space for a weekend getaway.
