I really wanted to love this place.
We were in town for a family members wedding there on the beach and wanted to be as close as possible to the location.
I genuinely wanted to love this hotel/condo!
Upon arrival the receptionist working around 4am couldnt be bothered with any questions. In fact, we had to figure out our question for ourselves because she couldnt be bothered.
When we finally got to our room i immediately seen how DISGUSTING the room was.
I took pictures and will gladly send them to management. There was pubic hair in the black bottom bathtub and toilet seat. There was hair EVERYWHERE! It was obvious the floor hadnt even been swept. The sheets on the bed were not clean. There was a blood stain and other stains present. The silverware in the drawer had food residue left. There is a coffee pot but no complimentary coffee nor was there dish soap.
I didn't feel comfortable enough to even shower in that bathtub until we could somewhat clean it. The black residue did come off easily so that tells me nobody bothered to clean prior.
I STRONGLY recommend getting kurieg coffee pot and leaving complimentary coffee, supplying dish soap (since you require dishes be done prior to departure) doing away with the satellite TV and upgrading to streaming TV! Most importantly cleaning the place before guest arrive.
