Gulf Shores Plantation - Beautiful 2 Br/2Ba Condo! Close to the pool and beach.

Beautiful Gulf Shores Plantation Resort is located on the Gulf of Mexico on the Ft Morgan peninsula. This is an updated, well-appointed first floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that accommodates 6 guests. Primary bedroom has a queen bed; second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a single twin bed; and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The second bedroom/bathroom/hallway area has a privacy door to separate them from the kitchen/living area. Private porch with a partial ocean view. The resort amenities include: multiple pools (outdoor and indoor heated pool), tennis courts, shuffle board, basketball, sauna, workout facility, hot tub, and large beautiful white sand beach! Easy walk to the resort beach from this unit. Onsite restaurant located approximately 50 yards from the unit. Kiva Dunes Golf Course located adjacent to the property. Fort Morgan Marina 7 miles away. Fort Morgan Historic Site and Mobile Bay Ferry Ft Morgan Landing are 8.4 miles away. Everything you need for a perfect beach vacation is right here!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Guest parking - up to 2 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WiFi, basic cable, 2 smart tv's, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor covered porch, community charcoal grill, indoor/outdoor pools.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “single starter pack” of dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, starter toilet paper roll and paper towel roll, and travel-sized soaps per bathroom.
*Coin laundry room located on each hallway of the complex (no washer/dryer inside the unit).
* A variety of beach supplies such as beach chairs, beach wagon, beach toys, umbrella, etc. are available for guest use. Supplies available may vary.
*Mandatory Disclaimer - There is an exterior camera located at the main door of the property that is monitored by the homeowner.

Beautiful unit; very clean; it was just as described. Nicely decorated and well-furnished. We were 5 adults and we were very comfortable, with plenty of space. Just a short walk to the beach.

Lots of amenities, host is very accomodating, the property is immaculate, there are a lot of things to do on-site, and surrounded by many more activities just a short drive away. The atmosphere is laid back and quiet, but not so quiet that a person can't let their hair down and have some fun.

Beautiful location unit wasnt very clean also broken furniture and outlet that didnt work. We had a good time pool was excellent. Beach is beautiful.

This was our first time staying at this location and we were so happy with everything! It was clean, we had beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, GOOD pots and pans which are extremely important when cooking for every meal. Good knives. We even booked an extra day!!! We will definitely be back. I highly recommend. Thank you to our host and the staff.

Great place very peaceful this time of year the condo was well supplied. We had everything we needed for a beautiful place. It was well decorated and very clean.We love it in Gulf Shores plantation we’ve been here many times over the last 15 years our kids have grown up in these pools and on this ocean

Pros - family oriented atmosphere, great location in a less populated area, beach chairs/umbrellas/wagon available for your convenience, kitchen had everything we needed for meals, super comfy beds, condo layout was perfect for our family of 5Cons - roaches were under the refrigerator (saw them as we came in with our luggage/groceries)- housekeeping came and recleaned in the kitchen/my husband put out bait/host contacted owners to send pest company and they came Monday (we arrived late Friday night)Overall, we had a good stay at this unit despite the unwanted guests. Shonna, the host, was very quick to answer any questions and kept me updated on the pest situation. It was frustrating but, we still enjoyed our time at this resort.

Will be coming back

This was the perfect place for the 5 of us. Loved that it was on the ocean and away from all the crowds. Location was definitely key for this place. Dollar general was super close, Tacky Jacks is right down the road, gas station close by. Been to Gulf Shores several times and I wish I had known about the Plantation all of the other times.

SPRING BREAK 2024

Great place to stay. We would definitely come back. My only complaint would be to get a knife set and some better pans. Knifes were really dull and I couldn’t bring them back to life. Food in the area isn’t that great and really expensive. So I’d recommend cooking your own meals
