Thank you for sharing your experience! It's wonderful to hear that your stay exceeded your expectations and that everything was as stated. Cleanliness, a beautiful view, and convenient location are all important factors for a pleasant stay, so it's great to know that the property delivered on these aspects. It's also reassuring to hear that you didn't encounter any issues with the elevators, as concerns about them were mentioned in some reviews you read beforehand. Your recommendation is valuable and will be helpful for others considering their accommodation options. If you have any more feedback or need further assistance, feel free to let me know.

Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention, and we apologize for any negative impact on your stay. Your feedback helps us identify areas for improvement, and we will work diligently to address these issues. We understand your loss of trust and hope that you will give us another opportunity in the future to provide a better experience. If there's anything else you would like to discuss or if there's anything we can do to address your concerns further, please let us know.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sincerely sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay, particularly with the odor and the condition of the furniture. This is certainly not the experience we want any of our guests to have. If we had been informed about these concerns during your stay, we would have acted promptly to make things right. For instance, we could have relocated you to another unit or arranged immediate assistance to address the issues you encountered. Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us, and we strive to resolve any concerns as quickly as possible. We will investigate the specific issues you mentioned, including the odor from the garbage disposal and the condition of the furniture, to ensure that they are properly addressed. Additionally, we’ll review the communication process to understand why the contact number was unavailable and take steps to prevent this in the future. We truly appreciate your kind words about the location and your understanding in making do during your stay. Your feedback helps us identify areas for improvement, and we’re committed to making necessary changes. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for a much-improved experience. Best regards, Brett/Robinson Vacation Rentals
