We’re you find a realm of fluid time and idleness is raised to an art. For choise to enjoy being active or just relax and listen to the crickets.

There are lots of fantastic fishing spots nearby like the River Aude and several fishing lakes (one of them at the end of the street. In general there’s a ‘non killing’ fish (especially for truite) policy meaning fish should be set out in the water after catching.

We love the sun, the ‘Catalan meets free spirit’ vibes in the town of Quillan and the friendly people in Laval. At the feed of the Pyrenees nature seams as authentic as our building is: originally a auberge where guest stayed over for a simple drink or a sleep. The quietness and inspiration is something worth sharing.
