We had the most wonderful stay and were consistently impressed with the house. So beautiful and had everything we could have wanted. It was nice to stay in an rental that felt so much like a home.

WOW! This property was charming and cozy, but still luxurious and pampering. All the amenities were top-notch. Everything you could need was provided. The view was spectacular. The beds were amazing. The soaking tub was wonderful after a day on the water. Artful and interesting decor, but still plenty of room for our things. Everything was organized and it was very clean. We will return!

This cottage is the perfect place to enjoy the Eastern Shore. Quiet, clean, cozy and what a view! We enjoyed sunsets on the porch, kayaking on the creek, bird watching, and just general relaxing. The house is so beautifully decorated and as readers, we loved seeing all the books! It's also close to great restaurants in Chestertown and Rock Hall and hiking opportunities.

Beautiful property and cottage with lots of cozy nooks and well stocked kitchen. The bikes were good and we enjoyed the kayaks and bird watching. I recommend highly. The views of the pond were visible from every angle of the home with beautiful picture windows and binoculars. Totally will be back!

Our family spent a long weekend at this beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the water, kayaking, and going into town for the farmers market. This home is beautiful and the owners did an incredible job making the home feel inviting. They thought of everything.

One of the best homes we've stayed in! Location was private and serene. The water views are truly amazing, even at night. The home has everything you could possibly need. Can't wait to visit again!

This property is stunning, from the views, to the accommodations and furnishing. Great location, easy access to town and amenities. The host is responsive, and incredibly kind. Highly recommend!!

Our family had a great time at the cottage. It is very well appointed and a great place to connect with family. They kayaks were fun to use and we caught a catfish right from the bank.

We had such a wonderful stay here. The property is absolutely beautiful—clean, comfortable, and full of character. We especially loved all of the antique touches and the gorgeous lighting throughout the house.The setting was probably our favorite part. The house really does sit right on the water, and having the canoes and kayak available to use was a great bonus. We brought along some inner tubes and floaties and spent a lot of time just enjoying the water.The fishing was also surprisingly great! We brought our own rods and probably caught—and released—more than 50 fish over the weekend, including catfish, sunfish, and perch.There were six of us—my husband and me, along with my two kids and their spouses, who live on the East Coast. We flew from Kansas City into Baltimore and rented a car, and they came in from D.C. and New York, so this was a little family reunion for us, and the house was a perfect spot to spend time together. We were completely content to stay put, relax, visit, fish, and enjoy the beautiful setting. It was exactly the kind of weekend we were hoping for, and we would definitely stay again.

A delightful cottage right on the water. It was perfect for my two grandchildren having a great yard for them to play and a sandy beach to dig in. There was even child size plates and utensils for our two-year old granddaughter. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Such a wonderful home, every detail was thought of and the views are outstanding. Came for a short trip to celebrate my mom‘s 85th birthday, she absolutely loved it! Mobility is somewhat limited for her, so once we got down the hill to the door, She spent most of her time on the wonderful front porch and the living room and kitchen. Upstairs master outstanding! Love that each room has its own bath. Communication with the host was super easy and they got back to us very quickly with a question we had upon check in. Highly recommend, pics don’t do it justice!
