We had a wonderful family vacation. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 children. The pickle ball court and movie theater were a hit, especially with the kids. The fire pit was great.

House was great, plenty of space, great amenities, host was as responsive as I have ever dealt with. Hot tub was easy to use and very clean, game room was great for kids (and adults), and the movie viewing area made night time even more enjoyable. We wish we had more time there! I would suggest Log Cabin BBQ over any of the resort restaurants.

House was well stocked, clean linens, everything you’d need. No complaints and I would stay here again. Great yard for pets!

An overall great home to stay at with family and friends. Quick access to everything and the house was nicely stocked. The kitchen definitely had everything you needed. Beds were super comfortable for all and the house layout was perfect! Quiet, peaceful neighborhood! Keyless access made it easy coming and going!

We had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was smooth. I’d happily stay here again!

Fantastic home with something for everyone!! We played video games, pickleball and enjoyed watching a movie in the theatre. We also made s’mores outside around the fire pit. Close to everything! Highly recommend home and host!

The house layout was absolutely perfect for our cousins trip. Bedrooms were cute and comfortable enough for a 3 day stay. The downstairs theater and game area was perfect for the kids. Two refrigerators were a nice surprise . Pickleball was a definite hit . The snag was that we found a used condom by the hot tub, not in a hidden spot, right by the door on the patio. I contacted the host and was essentially told “oh no” and nothing else. None of us were going to clean it up and i was very surprised the host didn’t offer to send someone. The house was well stocked with pots and pans plates ect but also lacking basic supplies like salt and pepper cooking spray and aluminum foil. And honestly i get it but wish we’d known beforehand. The provisions market was sold out of salt and pepper but gave us endless supply of little packets. Overall we had a fun stay but the condom lingers in my brain .

We visited for a long weekend to go to a JMU Football game. The house was exactly as advertised in the pictures. We had a group of 15 people and fit comfortably with room to move and space to gather in. The house was clean and neat, the appliances were high end and worked well. Sabrina, the owner, answered my questions within minutes when I had them. We really had a great trip with zero complaints and plan to go back the next time we are in town. Great stay!

Hi- several things were missing we had to go buy- toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and hand soap in one of the bathrooms. Some of the pots and pans were also dirty. Guests should know that they can’t be outside with the fire on after 10pm. We finally got the kids to bed, sat down to relax and then couldn’t use the fire. The hot tub also was only available one day, the first night it was cold. We would not rent this properly again for these reasons.

Amazing home! So pretty, clean, well maintained and fit our family so well. The theater and game room was off the charts. It kept the kids occupied and they loved the old school arcades! The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy with loads of pillows (always a hit with us!) and the bathrooms were perfectly prepared. The location is within 10 mins to a grocery store, gas, and activities. The only problem was we ran out of time and didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub! Thank you!

Everything about this place was absolutely fantastic. We loved every bit of it. I would highly recommend to families of any age range. They had everything available, including stuff for infants. The hot tub was beautiful. The theater room was excellent. They had big screen TVs in every room beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could think of, fully equipped! Dog, friendly, kid friendly, area was great, nice and quiet! Hot tub was great, didn’t use the fire pit due to some of the rainy nights, but other than that everything was used, everything was absolutely fantastic and available for everyone in your family to enjoy. The host was very responsive to some things that needed fixed, as well as all our requests!. Just a wonderfully enjoyable experience all around thank you to the host for such a wonderful time.

Massanutten stay

This house was perfect for our family of 13 which included 6 kids, ages 2-9 and 7 adults. There was plenty of room for everyone! The kids had a whole basement of fun which included a theatre room, pool table, video games, their own big screen tvs in bedrooms and fun double bunk beds. There was even a pickleball court where I assume the garage used to be. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and we ate in every night. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels available. The property manager was extremely responsive to our needs. The hot tub wasn’t working and she worked all week to try and get it fixed. Overall we had a great family week. If you need a house for a big group, this is it.

The house was very clean and as pictured in photos (really fun colors) kitchen fully stocked, comfortable beds, host very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The theatre room was fabulous to watch the FIFA World Cup. We loved that 4 bedrooms all had king size beds (very rare to find) and that the bunks were double beds (not singles). Very nice that pool towels were provided for the hot tub. The en-suite bathroom is beautiful, shower is fabulous! We were 7 adults and 5 children (3, 4, 6, 7 and 9 yrs); plenty of room for everyone. The moms really liked that there were 2 sets of washers and dryers. My only suggestion is to have 3M Hooks on the bathroom doors so towels can be hung to dry. We really liked the house and would stay again if back in the area.

We had an amazing stay at this property and would absolutely come back again. The home was clean, spacious, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway.One of our favorite parts of the house was the game room and pickle ball court—it kept everyone entertained. The fireplace added a cozy touch, and the outdoor space with the barbecue grill was great for enjoying the fresh air.Overall, this was a fantastic stay in a great location. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and well-equipped place to stay!
