Book via Air B-n-B instead

We have been Superhosts for over 8 years. We have had an awful experience with VRBO and refuse to host on their platform.

My VRBO experience: Started with me being falsely promised a free, automated way to sync my Air-B-n-B properties calendars with my VRBO calendar to avoid double bookings. Turns out that this was a false promise that a VRBO sales person gave to gain my listings on their platform (they get paid according to how many listings they add). I sent over 15 emails to that sales rep, and several more to VRBO customer service asking them for the calendar syncing tool. After realizing I wasn't going to hear from that rep, I contacted VRBO's general customer service several times for help and they weren't able to help. I then asked them multiple times to cancel my listings. They didn't do that. I then received instant bookings. I called them for help cancelling the bookings (I had confirmed bookings of their competitors site for the same dates) and remove my listings, they told me they weren't able to do that.

My frustrations with them are endless.
